It was just what we needed. Small and neat with all the essentials. Directly opposite a shopping center with a Checkers and pharmacy, and walking distance to the main beach. Bath and shower which are essential when you have a baby. The modern unit makes it easy to keep it neat and clean. The windows just have to be looked at, they make a terrible noise when you open and close them.
Facilities and sleeping place are very neat.

Very neat apartment. The Funland is next to the apartment block and is very convenient for parents with small children and there is also a beautiful sea view. We would definitely recommend it.

Security at Afsaal Holiday Flat and surrounding neighborhood and beach was great. We felt very safe.
9 o'clock is too early to check out. If check in is only 2 hours. Check-out from the flat directly next door is only from 10 o'clock.
The accommodation was somewhat too formal for a beach flat. We would've liked a place where we can just take off our shoes without worrying about bringing sand inside. It wasn't all that clear that a breakage deposit needed to be paid, only mentioned in the quote. We still haven't received it back even though they stipulated 24 hours.
Facilities are clean, tidy and fairly recently renovated. Apartment is walking distance to shopping center, entertainment, beach and restaurants.
We got there. The power was out, my 77-year-old mother had to climb stairs to get to the fourth floor. At least not too high. Power was out across much of Amanzimtoti. Can't blame Afsaal Holiday Flat for that. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are beautiful. Everything is worth walking distance. For someone who just wants to rest and not get into a vehicle again, this is the ideal place to stay. You can swim and swim again in the sea and then come to rest peacefully in the afternoon. It was really a very nice holiday for us, we could only rest. Thanks again to Marikie for how you and your wife handled all requests. Thank you Petru for your beautiful apartment. May you get many more bookings.
It was so nice to arrive at such a nice clean place after such a long journey and just unpack and feel like it's your own place where you can do everything for yourself. I also want to say a big thank you to Petro and Ampie, the caretakers in the building, you were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and other family to stay there. We loved it it's in a good area and is safe and close to all ammonites, overall a greater stay. Just two minutes work to TOTI mall and a ten minutes to SPLASH.
We had a very nice stay. The view is very beautiful and safety excellent. Location is also very good, walking distance to everything. The apartment is neat and well equipped and aunt Marietjie very helpful.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was well equipped.
The apartment was neat and clean, but the dishes weren't 100% clean. For instance, had to wash the glasses before I could use them. The key was just handed over with no explanation on how to reach the complex. The geyser was not switched on when we arrived and we were not told how to switch it on. Apart from all of this we were happy with the apartment.
It was almost a hassle to get to our designated parking. There are 4 gates and you are assigned to the gate closest to your apartment. One does not know this in advance. The apartment was clean and tidy. The master bedroom's mattress needs replacing. The brushes can already be felt and sleep very uncomfortably. The down blanket on the bed in the master bedroom is already thin and has no heat for the cold evenings. The 2 single beds' mattresses are hard, until my son complained the bed was hard and his back hurt. The living room couches look and feel battered. Passed through. The owner will have to pay attention to this. Afsaal is right opposite a small shopping center and places to eat (very convenient), but it's terribly noisy in the evenings. It only gets quiet after 11:00 pm in the evening. That noise reverberates against the U-shape of the Afsaal block of flats.
Booking something through Lekker Slaap is the best ever. I never have to worry about where they put me, because they listen 100% to what I ask and try to meet all my needs as much as possible with the places they point me to. Off-saddle is so wonderful to stay. Everything is just a step away from you, and I felt very safe. No worries. The unit I was in was modern, comfortable, very neat and extremely comfortable. For sure I will stay there again!
