17 guests' feedbackWe wanted to visit nature park Mokala near Kimberley, but due to poor signage we gave up after one hour and went back to Kimberley, where we visited Big Hole. We had already visited it 10 years ago. It was nice to see that some things had changed.
1. Ek het nie geweet van water- en kragbeperkings nie. 2. Swembad op perseel, maar nie tot beskikking. 3. 'Petty' rules nie vooraf gepubliseer nie. 4. DSTV hopeloos onvolledig. 5. Braaihulpmiddele nie beskikbaar 'onmiddelik' nie. 6. Te vinnig om 'n deposito in te kry. 7. Strykyster en -plank nie onmiddelik beskikbaar nie. Elke kamer moet daarmee toegerus word. Is mos glad nie 'n duur affêre nie. 8. Mikrogolfoond nie beskikbaar nie. 9. Moet seker maak dat die uitsluiting van ontbyt duidelik gestel word in hul advertensies.

Peter and Alta made us feel at home the minute we arrived at the guest house. All the rooms were clean and neat. All our guests spoke with one voice: we will surely recommend this guest house to any person. We never felt like guests, but as part of a bigger family. We had bad luck with our buggy on the way back from the West Coast, but Alta and her husband stayed up and waited for us until we were safely in Kimberley. They also helped get us back on the road the next morning. I would definitely stay with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Pieter and Alta are really the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever come across. They went out of their way to help us with the detours due to roadworks. We got lost again and again, and to let us relax, Pieter took us and picked us up for dinner, at his own expense! The guest house is very neat and clean. Breakfast is delicious! It was really nice to visit you, I say visit because you treat your guests like acquaintances. I can really recommend this guest house with an open mind.
