There are 4 self-contained cottages available for guests on the property. Originally 1 big house with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the owner renovated them in 2017, into 4 semi-detached cottages. All 4 cottages share parking in the driveway behind a remote controlled gate. They each have their own private garden/patio/courtyard and they are all self contained and self catering. Airlie Cottage has its own private swimming pool that is not fenced and a Jetmaster fireplace. There is also an unfenced fish pond. There is a shared laundry for 3 cottages. 3 Cottages accommodate 2 people and Strawberry Hill Cottage accommodates 4 people. It has its own washing machine and a Godin heater. A total of 10 people can be accommodated. The cottages are situated on Spaanschemat Road, a favourite road for runners and cyclists who are in training for the Argus Tour or the 2 Oceans Marathon.
There is a battery and inverter installed, so there are minimal load-shedding problems.
