Accommodation was very comfortable, basic but didn't need anything more.
Very nice and comfortable place.
Rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious.
Accommodation was good value for money. No vending machine to buy soft drinks or water.
Accommodation is ok. Evening and night noise from incoming guests and doors and buzzers and no idea that there are other guests already sleeping is disturbing.
Before Covid we used to sleep at the hotel often and it has always been good. Unfortunately, the hotel has now fallen into disrepair. It is clear that no renovation work is being done, the bedding was dirty and the once luxurious soaps, coffee and tea have been replaced by generic liquid soap and instant drinks. The standard of the breakfast has also deteriorated. We will not stay here again.
Walls peeling. Showers doors do not close, had to be moved to another room.
Everything efficient and tidy with a nice restaurant on site. This is my third visit. Before, I guided large groups.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and tidy. The hotel is located near the main roads which makes it very easy.
Booked an airport shuttle and it didn't arrive, after everything was confirmed.
There was a noise all the time. Reception's phone can be heard up to the first floor. We can hear the door in reception open and close on the first floor.
Needs an upgrade and has been slowed down.

One would expect if they were working on systems eg. the Wi-Fi that will inform customers in advance and provide a solution. The bed and mattress was very uncomfortable and kept me awake. All I could look forward to was the nice breakfast waiting.

After a long day on the road, the friendly and professional reception with clean and comfortable rooms was a real treat. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and more than adequate! Airport Hotel is definitely recommendable and is ideal for an overnight stay. It's also kid-friendly for sure.
Recommendations: Handrail in the shower for parents and people with e.g. crutches. A golf cart to transport guests to and from the Horse Shoe Inn; if they ask for it if you can offer. The service at the Horse Shoe Inn is a bit iffy and could do with a bit of tightening up. My tea was e.g. full of tea leaves. The waiter said it's just the way it is. When I asked for a strainer they didn't have one and arrived with a paper coffee filter to filter the tea! For the first time in my entire life I could not understand why the items on the bill for my Rock Shandy and Dom Pedro were specified separately. As well as why the price on the menu e.g. for the Dom Pedro excludes the alcohol. A What does a Dom Pedro look like without e.g. whisky? The driver had an incomprehensible excuse. Service was also slow.
Not recommendable. Bathrooms a disgrace.
There was load shedding so the generator was a lifesaver!
I would recommend the hotel anytime. Everyone is friendly and the accommodation is very neat.
The room was clean, but the carpet in the passage wasn't, it was stained. The employees are not informed. They will take from pillar to post for a simple thing like issuing an invoice. And of course my shoes were stolen. I am definitely not going to stay there again and would not recommend it.
Reasonable accommodation for the price. Only real negative thing is the smell of perfume in my room.

Picked up from airport within 10 minutes of me calling. The gentlemen at reception, day and night shift, were incredibly helpful, courteous and helpful. Would recommend stay anytime.
