My teenage girls race motorcars at Red Star Raceway (15-minute drive) with practice on Friday and racing on Saturday and we normally drive home to Meyerton and back in the morning. This was the first time we decided to stay over close to the track (to avoid the 2-hour drive home in the traffic and the long drive back in the morning, as we had a very early start). The accommodation was very well priced we will definitely book again!
I was greeted by a lovely host who showed me around and took me to my room. The room was definitely good value for money.
Staff are friendly, grounds and rooms neat. Peaceful at all times.
Area was nice and quiet and room was perfect.
The accommodation was exactly as per description on the website. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and tidy and the owners / reception were very helpful. The only slightly negative is that there is a dog that jumps up at the children and scratches. Vodacom network does not work very well, so the WiFi really helps a lot.
I will stay there again. It is very neat and clean and very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Can recommend them, and would stay there again.
Told all our friends, and also the people of Delmas where our function was. The location of the place is very well located by the main road. The road is a bit rough for a Sedan Car, but otherwise it was very nice. There was enough coffee, various teas, and sugars. Everything perfect. Thank you very much AJM Accommodation.

Very neat and a peaceful place. We had a nice time around the fire and all the animals and horses were cute to see. Only problem was with the website showing there is room for booking, but when I applied it was rejected as fully booked. So we paid for 4 rooms but only received 3 rooms when we got there.
Needed overnight and this worked well.

We were received very kindly. Very neat and clean. When we arrived at the accommodation, the hostess was more than willing to give us one of the private units. We could have a great barbecue and see the horses that were just a few meters from us.

Last part of the road is dirt road, probably 900 m, and it's bad. Security on site is good and room clean, tidy and comfortable. Reception and treatment are very good, friendly and helpful. Meals are tasty and good value for money.

Gravel road for 1 km and ups and downs in the road, but it is do-able for vehicles that aren't too low. The meals are on a set menu, but very good and at an affordable price.

After a very long exhausting day next to the hockey field where my grandson played 3 games on Friday, we were really looking forward to a warm cozy night's rest and a hot plate of food. Our first disillusionment was when our dinner was shown and it was immediately emphasized, 1 piece of meat each please, barely finished cooking I was asked how I was going to pay for dinner and breakfast, if I paid in the evening the card was correct, but only in the morning cash. It left a sour taste in my mouth. Our "dessert" was taken out and placed next to the microwave - something that looked like mallow pudding but when we poked it with a fork it was hard and half ended up on the floor - there was no custard to pour over , just the piece of hard "cake/pudding" on the plate. I then paid a further R270 for breakfast and dinner (I was under the impression that breakfast was already included in the R580, which I paid immediately when I made the reservation. We went to the room to go to bed after dinner and big was another shock when we realized but here there are only blankets in the closet to throw over beds - no electric blankets or at least a hot water bag for each bed. (Everyone knows Delmas is very very cold in the month of July ).It was the coldest most unpleasant experience I ever had in my life. We didn't sleep at all, just got too cold - at breakfast, when I said, wow it was a bitterly cold night, it was said, but they have warm blankets, they are just not kept in rooms, guests have to ask - nowhere is there a set of rules in room that says - come ask for your warm blanket in the middle of the night if you get cold - well I can only say - bitterly disappointed.

I was in the area for a course and wanted to spend one night. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests and were hospitable and friendly at all times. It was a nice farm atmosphere and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Expect me again next time!
Good accommodation for people who want to spend the night in Delmas area. Very safe and not in the noise of the town. Tranquility with farm atmosphere is excellent.
