We were a group of 12 ladies and rented all three units. Each unit (even the smaller ones) was nice and spacious. The house is ideally located close to town within easy walking distance, but away from any noise. It has a lovely view of the valley towards Golden Gate. It is really well suited to large groups spread out in all the units, but if you were a couple or small family, you would have your privacy as well if you just rented one unit. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Yes, we had a fantastic stay. Perfectly suitable location, we could walk where we wanted to be. Everything was clean and tidy. Received very friendly service and had such a nice chat with the hostess. So quiet and peaceful environment.
The hostess was very friendly and explained to us how everything works. We were walking distance from the restaurants and shops. We were pleasantly surprised by the place to stay, it was very nice. Will definitely use Akzente again.

Absolutely loved it. This was our 5th time in Clarens, and definitely our favourite accommodation yet! Wouldn't mind a gate to keep the cars safe, but that might just be my paranoid Gauteng mind speaking.
Had a nice stay and bed sleeps well, peacefully and no barking dogs. Just had problem on Saturday with people opposite who were very noisy.
Neat, clean and spacious. Enough heaters and warm things for the winter. There were only 3 chairs for the table instead. 4 and the glasses are very small. Furthermore, it is within walking distance of all the restaurants, it has a nice playground for the children, the owner checks in with you all the time and is helpful.
Was fantastically clean. Location great, great, great. Can walk where you want. Be car just look for a shelter and maybe a security gate around. By being able to leave open in the summer.

We had a very nice stay. The place is suitable for 3 persons, but the hostess put in an additional mattress for my little daughter. It was perfect and the place is spacious. All the basic necessities are available.
