Albany 12 is a comfortable and centrally situated self-catering flat, located in a quiet block close to Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, various historical sites and buildings, and Kloof Street restaurants and nightlife. The flat also offers easy access to the MyCiTi bus route, and is just 500 m from the Company Gardens. It is an ideal base from where to explore the Peninsula and its many tourist attractions.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. Please note that we do NOT sleep 4 adults. It comprises a bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and is air conditioned. There is a double sleeper-couch in the lounge. The bathroom contains a large shower, a basin and a toilet. It is on the first floor with a wide staircase. There is no lift available.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and all other necessary utensils. The living room features a TV with DStv, and the dining area contains a 4-seater table and chairs. The living room opens onto a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Here you can drink sundowners or a cup of coffee. Off-street parking behind a security gate is provided. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. A battery back up and inverter system provides essential back up for lights and plugs in case of power failures.
