The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. Please note that we do NOT sleep 4 adults. It comprises a bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a large open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and is air conditioned. There is a double sleeper-couch in the lounge. The bathroom contains a large shower, a basin and a toilet. It is on the first floor with a wide staircase. There is no lift available.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and all other necessary utensils. The living room features a TV with DStv, and the dining area contains a 4-seater table and chairs. The living room opens onto a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Here you can drink sundowners or a cup of coffee. Off-street parking behind a security gate is provided. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. A battery back up and inverter system provides essential back up for lights and plugs in case of power failures.

Lovely apartment. Perfect location. Safe. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a family of 4, including children. The host was very helpful. We loved having shops and restaurants close by. There is a garden view and a view of Table Mountain. Will surely visit again!

Ideal location and central.
Lizet received us with open arms. Apartment has lots of space and moving space ... is very neat and clean! Very central and terribly safe to walk around and explore area. Beautiful area for getaway. She'll see our family again for sure.

My family and a stayed 5 nights. The apartment is very spacious, very neat and has everything you need! Even a beautiful view of Table Mountain! Even though it is in the CBD the block of flats is quiet and peaceful. Lizet treated us to a warm reception and helped us to get our things in order! We recommend Albany 12 and will definitely stay here again if we come to Cape Town!

Secure parking on spacious grounds. The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. nice view from the bedroom on Leeukop and the living room to the other side. Very central. definitely recommend.

Albany 12 is the perfect getaway in the heart of Cape Town. Safe, affordable, and nice stay. Blockout curtains area advisable, will be better, besides that - no problems!
