One pays a fortune to stay here, because of the view, but I was bitterly disappointed in the house. We saved up quite a bit to be able to go, and I regret not looking further. The place is clearly neglected, broken chairs, the barbecue is just bad, cups chipped, cheap toilet paper, yellow water in the downstairs bathroom, no good knives, paint coming off, half the lights don't work, only one bedside light per room, no chairs to sit outside, doors difficult to open and close. The house is more than "a few meters" from the beach, nothing extra or nice for guests, certainly not the pretty flowers as in the photos!
The accommodation is terribly expensive, we expected much more. The house is very neglected, paint is coming off, broken chairs, doors work hard, yellow water in the downstairs bathroom. And the barbecue is just poor. There are broken chairs, chipped mugs, cheap toilet paper, no decent knives, half the lights in the house don't work, only one bedside light per room. Not a piece of biscuit or anything at all except the bare minimum. And then threats about how much you're going to have to pay extra if you don't leave the place clean. The "beach" is more than just "a few meters" from the house.
The safety, tranquillity is just the one thing that is very nice to me, with the sea in the background, oh man, it's fantastic, not to mention the whales, in the town one doesn't see such things.
Rest for your soul, unbelievable view and peacefulness that you could only dream of in the city. My new happy place.
We had a very nice weekend. It's a nice house. I only recommend that they should purchase more dish towels and kitchen cloths, as well as a mop. We had a mess on the floor and couldn't even mop it up. The fridge also leaked. I wouldn't say the house is suitable for small children. The main deck is not demarcated and it is a long fall.
The views and surrounding area is absolutely amazing and beautiful. It is also a great house with sizeable rooms, great entertainment areas, good kitchen inside and outside braai and three bathrooms. The house fittings though are incredibly neglected. The stacking doors need a lot of work, stacking doors don't close or lock properly and will soon just some off the railings or door handles will break with the force needed to close them, the shower heads need replacing, the sinks plugs don't hold water, the showers were very dirty, we found cobwebs in a lot of areas. Some curtain railings were just broken (snapped off) and another one held together by cable ties. There also was about 7 lights that did not work, the toaster cord was an electrical accident waiting to happen. It's a pity that such a beautiful house is not maintained.
Good location and pleasant stay.
Friendly reception. Tight ascents and descents that ensure a beautiful view. The house is spacious and very tidy.

Awesome house! Worst dirt road I've ever driven!
House is full of cobwebs and cupboards were not cleaned. The kettle is so dirty, we didn't use it. The house is not maintained. All the sliding doors are broken, the upholstery of the furniture is dirty. The house is located in an estate with private beaches, although the view is fantastic, there is no beach to walk on. The adjacent beach can be reached by calling the caretaker to open the gate, unfortunately one must first pass through the local estate's gate which cannot be opened with the card in order to go to the second gate to be able to link. Frustrating.
We had a great stay, the view is incredibly beautiful. The place was very nice clean and comfortable.
Great stay. Lovely view and very comfortable. Think for a family with small children it would have been difficult, because house is located high with embankment in front of house. We were a family of 5 with student children. Enjoyed it a lot. Quiet, neat, clean, all amenities in the house. Will definitely go there again.

Beautiful house. Stunning view. Nice and relaxing. The foks are really friendly, and the neighbour even gifted us a delicious Cape salmon. Some of the sliding doors are very rusty, struggled to open them. Cutlery should be upgraded, but the house is really fantastic. Will definitely be back, longer next time. The gravel road is terrible by the way.
What a fabulous location with breathtaking views, whales passing by with a super little beach and rocks to explore. The house is really amazing, spacious and well equipped but had a few glitches (washing machine didn't work, the gas BBQ blew my eyebrows off and all the patio door furniture had seized up with the salt air so wouldn't lock). The staff were friendly and helpful too. It's miles from anywhere so if you want to get away from it all and relax in comfort, this is for you.
One immediately feels welcome in the house, even though the roof that leaks by the fireplace needs a little attention as does the fridge-freezer that leaks onto the kitchen floor. They can put a bigger bin in the kitchen. It's a pity you cannot open the sliding door by the main bedroom seeing as how we had children there and it wasn't safe. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was lovely, but the heating in the main bedroom didn't work.
The house is a place I would definitely visit again. Everything was very nice and we really did climb a lot of stairs. The only thing I can recommend is to put railings or a wall in front of all the glass doors, especially because it can't lock and we have a little one that wanted to go out there. Had to pack chairs in front of it so that she couldn't go out. But everything was nice, gas braai was a dream inside and the view was breathtaking.
We couldn't unlock the place. We had to call CJ to come and unlock. There were a lot of cobwebs everywhere, so it wasn't cleaned very well. The blinds are falling off the windows and some of the brackets to fasten the blind are gone. One window fell out of the frame. The place is beautiful but needs urgent attention. A fan or air conditioner would be a great asset
Very nice house, but won't recommend it to people with children. Unfortunately not child friendly.
Breathtaking view; high quality finish in the house. The 3 bathrooms are a bonus. The master bedroom en suite bathroom is "wow"! The only negative point is the 8 km dirt road to the golf estate. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone; value for money it is above average. A wonderful holiday.
Very nice stay. Nice spacious house, only the outdoor barbecue which was not always convenient, but otherwise very nice stay and will go again.
It was a fantastic experience, one of the most beautiful complexes in the country. Quiet and peaceful with breathtaking sea views! Great holiday!

Well, the house is so comfortable. It was such a fun time. In my opinion, the outdoor barbecue is in the wrong place: there is wind all the time. Everything was very luxurious. Friendly and prompt service. Thank you very much!
It was a wonderful experience! If I may highlight just two points: one pays for the full unit, but can only check in at 2pm and then have to be out again by 10am which is not a full day. Maybe you guys can adjust one of these times? Unfortunately, the gas was on and the weather outside was cold, so instead of being able to grill on the gas grill, we had to use the oven in the kitchen. It wasn't a huge problem, but maybe just something to look into in the future. The house is beautiful and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

Great value for money and truly luxurious, with a tranquility that won't be easily matched. Only recommend that a dedicated (long) lighter is provided for the gas grill.
The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom per bedroom makes a big difference, and everyone had their own space to escape to. The view from all the bedrooms is an absolute treat. Only suggestion I can make is to add some deck chairs outside for lazy summer afternoons :-)
