35 guests' feedbackMy daughter and I had a great stay. It was very cold, but inside our accommodation it was lovely cozy and warm, with a blower heater and an extension cord, which ensured we could use the heater in both rooms. The electric blankets also ensured that we could sleep warm. We really appreciated the coffee pot and the adapters on the wall plugs, where we could easily charge our phones. The shower was deliciously hot, and the box of tissues an extra convenience. We will definitely return to Albatross No. 2 will stay.

My stay was lovely. The unit is directly over the road from the beach so it has a wonderful sea view. The unit had everything I needed, but I would suggest that milk is included to save having to drive to the shops. Also, ice trays in the freezer would be recommended.
Very affordable, the unit was tidy and the stay was nice. Could do with a low wall to make the stoep area and braai more private, but still retain the sea view. More rules around parking per unit are needed as guests in some of the other units parked a few times right in front of our unit.

The stay was amazing.
Great stayover, comfortable, well-equipped, and location beautiful and Hester was great.
Well equipped, might have appreciated a gas burner for coffee during load shedding.
The place was nice, just one thing that bothered me was the neighbours who complained early in the evening about noise because we had friends over even though we tried keeping the noise as low as possible. That is the only complaint but otherwise, it was nice.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable and very well located. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Television reception was poor ─ only played non-stop the last day. Felt a little unsafe with hawkers who don't accept "no thank you". One even came knocking at 21H30 one night and refused to walk.

Lovely place views are great and our host Hester was fantastic. Would really recommend the stay we will definitely be back. Was so nice as we were upgraded to a bigger place with indoor braai.

The flat next to ours was rented by fishermen and parked their boat and big bakkie in front of their flat; taking a big piece of our view. They even came to us to move our car as they leave at 04h00 in the morning. Never met the host; when we arrived after given our arrival time; the office was closed. Only a cleaning lady could assist us, then we could not even enter the flat, as there was maintenance being done in the flat. No Wi-Fi was available in the bottom flat and we were told to come up to a "patio", but could not find a way to this "patio".
It is by the sea with beautiful sea views and the agent was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful; the apartment tidy and prepared; walking distance to many good restaurants and town center; visit the madgas' breeding place on peninsula; town neat and clean.
Due to circumstances we were accommodated in another building which was much better, with no increased rate.
The place was well appointed. Look at the sea which is beautiful. The place needs attention. TV remote's battery is flat. Chewing gum is stuck to the bottom of the cabinets (you stare at it all the time when you watch TV). Cupboards are broken. Couches are worn and uncomfortable. Carpets have stains on them. Room light not working.
Hester, Bia and team was excellent in making us feel at hom. The view is one of the best and within walking distance from most places, will recommend anyone to stay there. Once again thank you very much.
Albatros' people made my wife and I feel at home. Luckily I was in contact and often saw the lady from Albatros. She cares for her people, even if it was just a chat. Thank you for that. The unit is close to the beach and you can go wet your feet anytime. I'll stay there again in future.
The agents were very helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and location of the unit. The beds were of good quality and we could sleep wonderfully under clean sheets. Can really recommend it.
We had a very nice stay. The unit is clean and tidy and has everything we needed. The sea view is the very best. The outdoor braai is unsheltered and makes braai uncomfortable. And then the only concern was that we did not have safe parking for our vehicle and had to park in the street. We were very friendly and warmly received. Very cute place.
I was very impressed with the place. It was nice and cozy, Hester and Bea were superstars, so friendly and helpful. We just couldn't watch TV, it never got a signal but with such a beautiful view I really didn't miss TV. Definitely 10 out of 10 from me.

The units are self-catering so cleaning during the stay is not included, however it can be arranged if needed and if possible. Extra fees might apply.Braai equipment is given and we do have a few iron pots available on request.
We have baby baths and a camping cot available if needed.
Functions are permitted by arrangement, the building is ideal for family reunions, but unruly behaviour and/or disturbances are not allowed. No loud music or boom boxes, but soft music is allowed until 10 pm.
Pets are welcome on arrangement, but we prefer to know what type and how many beforehand, so we're able to prepare.
We ask guests not to smoke or use smoking products/devices in our units, we have ashtrays stationed outside.
