We only needed a bed, shower and safe parking for 1 night and definitely found it. Alderlane is conveniently close to OR Tambo airport.
We were pleasantly surprised and amazed. Everything was perfect! The host immediately made us feel welcome - hot shower (solar), fast internet, Netflix, neat modern finishes, painstakingly neat and clean. We would highly recommend it and would not stay anywhere else in Johannesburg again. Especially if you have to go to the airport early! Even shuttle service available to reduce stress. The accommodation is practical for a long stay, with a table and lovely garden area.

Excellent place to stay near the airport!
Alderlane is a very good option if you want to stay overnight just to be close to the airport for an early morning flight or if you want to stay for a few days to spend time in the East Rand or Johannesburg area. I was there for 10 days because I have family in the area. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Leslie is very helpful and always available if you need anything. Apartment felt very safe.
