As my son is a surfer, the closeness to the beach and the view of the waves from the balcony made it the perfect location for him. The rest of us were happy to sit around and walk on the beach. The place was very clean but it is unfortunate that the smell of the restaurant is right next to the window. Also, our television did not work but we did enjoy the stay - location and view are stunning with the sound of the waves.
Only disappointing thing, the DSTV did not work after loadshedding. Contacted the name given to us, they said that they would phone back in 5 minutes. They never did, that's just rude! Also, the picture on the website is not exactly accurate. The unit is situated at the back of the photograph.
We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back again. Would recommend it for sure.
Great difficulty with parking. Two days we could stop at a place, then they allocated us to a place in front of someone's residence, but all the time there was someone standing in the parking lot. Was nightmare. For that type of money you expect decent allocated parking close to your place. Also feel free to do something about cleanliness from lobby to stairs. People keep throwing up there and the floors stink. Cleanliness after apartment dirty and smelly. Can offer a little more cleaning services per week.

When pets are in the units without express permission.
Any breakages or shortages.
Any excessive noise or disturbances that result in complaints from the neighbours.
If guests mix inventory from different units e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.
