Safe and friendly.
We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. The location is fantastic- close to Diaz Beach and Hartenbos- an easy 30-minute beach walk in either direction. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be back!

From my arrival to departure it was a great pleasure to stay at Alive @ 4. A very helpful and friendly host made an effort to show me everything first. He even carried my luggage in and out. The next morning he also inquired if everything was in order, as well as if I needed anything. Everything is also very neat and well equipped, even with a washing machine. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a pleasure to live at Alive @ 4. Everything is so neatly and comfortably furnished and I would recommend it to anyone.
Stayed with my wife and 2 adult children for 1 night. Rene and his wife, Ida, were very friendly and he explained everything to us very nicely and thoroughly. The apartment is super neat and modern and is on the 1st floor, accessible by outside stairs. There is also a balcony where you can see the sea. The pool is a big bonus (there are also swimming towels available) and a shower and toilet leave the pool where you can change. The sea is within 1 minute's walk and you can hear the waves from your sleeping place. We had a nice chat with Rene and Ida (also while we were in the pool) and felt more like friends. The car is parked safely behind a locked gate. It is very central and I can recommend it with the utmost confidence. Will definitely stay there again.
The stay was fantastic and the heated pool is just the extra cherry on the top of this amazing place. Rene gave us all the do's and dont's upfront, so there was no room for error. We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Only one thing, be prepared for the stairs workout, but it was good.
