24 guests' feedbackWe stayed at Alleyn Self-catering for a duration of 5 days. The accommodation was definitely great value for money. The customer service was excellent from day one. Lucy welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner and was there to assist us with our needs every step of the way. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of Loftus Versfeld. The place is clean and quite safe. We will definitely stay there again when the opportunity presents itself.
It was pleasant. We really enjoyed. They must increase the checkout time to at least 10am.
Neat, clean, comfortable, everything you need. Friendly staff who go out of their way and go the extra mile. Located near Urology Hospital which made it perfect for our stay. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay, the location was just not for us, but the place has everything you need.
Close enough to the university to drive there in 5 mins and the complex is well-maintained with secure off-road parking. There is a restaurant in the same road but we did not feel unsafe or have issues with the patrons during our stay. The units are not cleaned daily but a washing machine is provided with a well-stocked kitchen. I would definitely return.

Didn't get the spot I originally booked, but the second option which wasn't too bad at all. Only got little sleep with all the fighting in the morning hours between a man and a woman there in the street or in the complex which was a bit unpleasant.
The units were both pretty neat, clean and well equipped. The decor was also beautiful. There was a problem with one unit's curtain hood which was broken. There was little coffee and sugar. I would suggest that you draw up an inventory list and place it behind the front door in a drawer so that people know what is in the unit. It will also help if large groups come to visit that the right content can get back to the unit. Other than that we had a great time and would love to visit again.

Just a bit noisy in the area. And in summer, without air-con, it will be very uncomfortable.
Spotless, uber-comfortable and the perfect location. That sums up these apartments. They gave our teenagers privacy and space to relax and do their thing. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Immaculately furnished and within walking distance to the Eastwood Village, which has a Woolies, liquor store and pancake house!

Lusy received us kindly. The place is entirely child-friendly, which one does not easily get. Gerber allowed us to entertain our family there. The place is very well secured. Very neat and clean. We needed nothing other than what was already there.

I had to request that my room be cleaned during the second day as it was not serviced on the first day. That did not sit well with me especially as I was told that the place is self-catering. I usually book self-catering in other areas and receive daily room service. The lady was not friendly at all and I had to complain to the owner through cellular phone.
Was just disappointed that no new bedding was fitted in the 5 nights that I stayed there.
