Yes, it was very nice to live right across the sea.
We had a lovely stay. Franskraal is wonderful. It is quiet, and we spent many hours exploring the rock pools and enjoying the birdlife. Allikreukel is well located and has a wonderful view. It was clean and had the basics. Improvements to the shower and the mattress comfort would make it even better. The hostess was also wonderful and very accommodating. I can highly recommend it.

Only part of the ad is that there are quite a few steps up to your apartment. Elderly couple will struggle to get to the top. About the 22 steps to climb.
We went with our 3 children. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Very nice open view of the sea. My children were able to move freely and look in the sea pools for sea life, which was not far from us. Accommodation was clean and tidy.

Wonderful view. Very clean and tidy. Just a pity they advertise an indoor braai but there is no equipment for braai. The windows in the kitchen and living area have no curtains and therefore no privacy.
We really enjoyed our visit and relaxed. For the price you can't ask for more. It was our first visit to the Whale Coast and we were lucky to be able to stay in a place that made the experience special for us. We even saw Whales from the living room.

The most beautiful views in this charming cottage. The owners are just wonderful and we had the most relaxing holiday with everything we could wish for! Beautiful walks down to the beach and amongst the rocks! We will definitely be back!
We booked this apartment as we were invited to a wedding. At first, we were a bit disappointed because the entrance to the unit didn't look great, but once we got upstairs, we were blown away. The view and fresh air were amazing. The ocean is literally on the other side of the road. The hosts were super friendly and basically left us to our own devices the whole time, which was great. The unit was very clean and was sufficiently furnished to cater to four adults. We will definitely go back.
Barbecue is a problem ─ he smokes a lot. Alternative to cooking is a one plate gas stove. If braai place gets attention it will be an excellent place that's why I only give 3 stars for value for money.
Very nice stay. Braai facilities must at least have a grill and a pot to use on the fire. The fact that you have to arrange to invite friends over for coffee is unacceptable.
Accommodation just needs a little more shelves in the kitchen and bathrooms to put your things on.
There is no outside area to enjoy lovely weather. Would appreciate if there could be a balcony or outside area.

The hosts were very friendly. The place was very neat and clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The views were just beautiful from the braai area. The only thing was it has a very steep driveway and stairs to climb up and down. The location is right opposite the sea which was wonderful for walks and collecting shells.
The home is beautifully situated with large sliding windows for great views and fresh air. Everything was very clean and the furniture is comfortable.
Couldn't really ask for better. Could just sit in front of the window all day, because the view is so beautiful. You can go for a nice walk, everything is close. There are some stairs to the apartment as it is on top of a double garage, so carrying large items can be difficult. Everything was very neat and we were received kindly.
