Our stay was wonderful. It has a peaceful atmosphere where you can just switch off. The owner makes you feel comfortable and at home. She makes you feel like family. Beautiful place with a nice view by the pool. Will visit Aloe Accommodation again anytime.
Aloe Accommodation is a very nice place built in a hill. We drank coffee upstairs by the pool and watched the sunrise. There are a lot of stairs and it's a bit steep up to the pool, but definitely worth it. The hostess is very friendly, incredibly helpful and gave good references to places to eat. The rooms are clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. There are even extra blankets for the cold evenings. There is enough parking and everything under trees.
We stayed over for one night and had everything we needed.

A very comfortable and relaxed space with a nice open communal lounge and kitchen area. I needed a last-minute place to stay and got a room for a very good price. WiFi worked well even during load shedding. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Aloe Accommodation is situated on a hill with lovely vegetation. The accommodation is comfortable, neat and clean. Theresa is extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable. We have not slept in other guest houses in Klerksdorp, but are very satisfied with Aloe Accommodation.
The guest house, gardens and whole set up are really very beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Our towels were damp, maybe taken out of the tumble dryer too early - we were allowed in the room an hour early. What was not nice is that the dog kept waking me up barking during the night. Furthermore, it rained when we had to pack the car when we left and with no shelter I got a nice wet rain.

The hostess, Theresa, was amazing. She went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt like family. Everything was neat, clean and very comfortable. The view and feel of the place makes you think you are on a bushveld holiday. We will definitely go back again every time we are in Klerksdorp. I can recommend the place to anyone. Excellent value for money.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room to enable the group to be adjacent to each other and have greater privacy. The personal touch and the comfort led to us spending more time at the guest house than planned. We had our business meetings on-site, Skype meetings utilising the WiFi was a breeze. Cooling off in the very private pool made being in Klerksdorp even easier. If u travelling for business or family, Aloe should definitely be considered. Situated on a koppie in an upmarket residential area gave one the peace and tranquillity as well as a sense of being surrounded by nature.

Theresa went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. Was able to quickly choose which unit we wanted. The location is great and the atmosphere is breathtaking! You don't even feel like you live in town. Would definitely recommend to people who want to live peacefully, or just need a break.

From booking, all the way to driving away from Aloe, it was a fantastic experience. We stayed at Aloe because my daughter took part in a sports competition in Klerksdorp. On arrival our hostess made us feel welcome and showed us the property and all the facilities so we knew where to find what and it was better than we expected. We enjoyed a lovely cool down swim after the first day's sport. The pool is built at the foot of the mountain and has its own small entertainment area. We did not use the catering service, but the breakfast for other guests looked delicious.

Would recommend anyone to take a break and visit Aloe Accommodation. The owner is incredibly friendly, was happy to help us with our luggage, welcomed us very kindly and we immediately felt at home. She showed us everywhere and also asked us not to be shy about asking anything. Her place is incredibly beautiful, really. Aloe Accommodation's breakfast is top notch. I will find my trip to it again anytime. Not once did we regret spending our weekend there. Owner introduced us to the other guests and everything was just great. Thanks for all the discussions and thanks for all the questions that were answered so quickly.

I was never so impressed in my life, seriously! The owner of the guest house made us feel so comfortable immediately. I was amazed by the safety as we are from Johannesburg, and the surroundings were taking our breath away. The little one enjoyed the pool and we as a family had a nice braai the evening, with no one disturbing us. The place is clean, comfortable and makes you feel at home. We also had car trouble when we left, and the owner went out of her way to get us a mechanic to assist us. This place is so beautiful, and I told my husband, even just for a break away, we used to go Harties, but this place is definitely on our breakaway list from now on. You wouldn't think Klerksdorp is a place to go, but we enjoyed it. This owner of the guest house is definitely charging way too cheap for such great accommodation! (Don't change the price now please)

Our visit was extremely disappointing, especially with a family. Among other things, the reception was poor (we were only told hello and taken to our room), we paid without receiving any proof of payment (plus no card facilities). The most disappointing thing though was the security, anyone can access the premises as there is no gate and rooms have no keys to lock your belongings.
