Oven not usable. Broken. The granite attached to stove top was cracked.
Quiet, game camp viewing advantageous. Good location, beautiful scenery with mountains surrounding.
Aloe Grove has incredible potential, but unfortunately the maintenance is not up to standard. The fridge was broken, there were old chicken bones on the porch. Tiles are broken and piled up. The bathrooms were neat and the beds were also neatly made. Curtains are full of cobwebs and we found a fish moth in a coffee mug.
It could have been better. The place needs renovation and some parts are neglected. We also didn't get any dinner because they had a function and there was no extra food for the two of us.
I would recommend Aloe Grove to anyone. Monique went out of her way to help us. Thank you very much. Will use your accommodation again and recommend anyone to use it.

Arrived on Sunday at 15:00 and there was no problem signing in. Elaine was friendly and made us feel at home right away. The farm has game and we could walk around and view the animals. It is beautifully located in a depression between the surrounding mountains.
We just crashed for the night. It is a nice place to stay over. Although it was really cold. The heater and blankets kept us warm and comfortable.
Aloe Grove Guest House is a peaceful, quiet place, nestled against the mountains.
