10 guests' feedbackThe self-catering house had everything one needs and a braai. We felt safe and it was very clean. There was ample parking space for the car and trailer.
Lovely cottage that the owner kitted out with love and thought. Also bigger than expected. 10 out of 10 from us.

You do drive past the Aus Hotel, but it's still extra effort to get hold of the key and deliver it. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The accommodation itself is very tidy and nice and big, with all the necessary facilities. It was nice to have a separate kitchen area and the bathroom is also large and then there is a separate dining room with a nice fireplace. Would definitely recommend Aloe Rock.

Our booked chalet was not clean, no cleaning preparation was done for new guests. They did then move us to another house.
TV remote not working.
Large house with all amenities. 3 separate guest rooms, sharing 2 bathrooms, lounge, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and outdoor braai. Very neat, will use their service again.
There was literally nothing missing for a self-catering stay. It is a comfortable home, neat, clean and nicely located. We found the mattresses quite hard, but that's a personal preference. The staff at the hotel who provided the keys and information were just a delight.
