Had a wonderful stay, also used the spa in town as suggested by the host. Nicely furnished, comfortable, quality bedding and cutlery, nice view, lovely with the hot tub next to the braai.
Aloeron is absolutely the closest one will get to paradise! The tent is well equipped and the hot tub is a lovely bonus (just watch out for the steel fireplace, it's damn hot!) The views are incredible and the stars breathtaking. We could have gone for a wonderful walk with our dogs and children who enjoyed it just as much as we did. Thank you very much, you were an excellent hostess and we would love to visit again.

I just loved my peaceful stay at Aloeron! Beautiful views, very quiet and isolated. Just what I needed. Great place to reconnect with your soul. The hot bath is just perfect with the amazing view! Nicely furnished, comfortable bed, a nice place to keep the phone off and disconnect. I would come back anytime!

Location is brilliant - view of rolling mountain ranges is amazing. Very quiet and totally private (no one can see your spot, and you can only see one farmhouse very far in the distance, with binoculars). Hot tub is small but comfortable, stargazing is to die for. The space is very clean and comfortable, and the braai is protected from the wind. Birds aplenty. Small kitchenette has all you need for a short breakaway. Queen bed is super comfy. Bath looks great - unfortunately didn't have time to test it. Shooting range is a bonus! Pack peaceful sleep for the flies - it is farmland after all.

Unfortunately we got there quite late, but the view was still breathtaking. We would have loved to spend more time there, but now we have an excuse to go back.

Please note that there is an 11 km dirt road leading to the establishment and it is recommended that guests use a vehicle with high ground clearance. The road is not suitable for vehicles with low-profile tires and/or sports cars. Guests must please enquire about the condition of the road before arrival as it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of R300 per booking.
