Plyplek was fantastic in a beautiful clean and tidy town.
Stayed overnight with parents at Aloha. The manager was friendly, considerate and helpful. We couldn't check in at 18h00, and she came to our senses.
We had a nice barbecue in the indoor barbecue area and everything was fine. Thank you very much.
Annemarie is a friendly and considerate host. She made us feel so welcome. We took up two units and they were both clean and equipped with all the essentials and more. Spacious and well-maintained. Will definitely recommend the Aloha Lodge.
Value for money. Would go back again anytime and enjoy the tranquility. Easy to get to and mostly out of traffic.
Aloha is ideal for spending a holiday in Stilbay, on the river banks. There are even "gas" facilities during load shedding. We will be recommending Aloha to all we know. Our host Anne-Marie, was extremely friendly and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable too.
Lots to see and do in Stilbaai.
Just one suggestion - we only had one garbage bag for a whole week and a little too little toilet paper for people for a week.
Perfect for a weekend away - so nice to walk out on the jetty and look out over the river. The children also enjoyed it immensely. We will definitely return again!

Really enjoyed our stay. There is a bit of road noise in the morning and evenings, but quiet and enjoyable the rest of the time.

Unit is excellently equipped. Very neat and clean. Good location. Hostess is on site, she was very helpful. There is also a cafe opposite the accommodation that sells wood and other supplies.
Anna-marie was amazing. The place is perfect. Even has an indoor braai for those winter nights overlooking the river. The only downside, it shouldnt be advertised as an 8 sleeper. 8 adults will be disappointed.
