The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There are 2 more bedrooms also containing double beds, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 additional bathrooms of which one is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet, and the other one with a shower, basin and toilet. All linen and towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge is fitted with a comfortable lounge suite seating 8 and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels, as well as a DVD player and unlimited WiFi.
There is a spacious enclosed balcony off the lounge with aluminium stacker windows that boasts panoramic ocean views. The balcony is fitted with a dining table seating 8 as well as a built-in gas braai and a serving counter with windows opening into the kitchen.
A double manual garage is provided with a foyer area, off the main door, plus visitors’ parking is provided in front of the garages. Ramsgate Main Blue Flag beach approximately 400m away and shops and restaurants are all in close vicinity.

House rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, so it is not necessary to bring your own.
Please bring with beach towels. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 08:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
