The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 double bunks for children. There is a large second bathroom with a bath, basin and shower. A lovely south-facing balcony leads off all 3 bedrooms, and is ideal for sundowners or a morning coffee, or just to relax, sunbathe or read.
Downstairs comprises a spacious living area with a bar area and built-in braai facilities, plus a separate dining room. The open-plan kitchen, with scullery, is equipped for self-catering with a gas hob, electric oven, double-door fridge-freezer, and microwave.
The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, and contains a double bed and a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
The house offers a fully enclosed back garden and sparkling blue swimming pool. There is ample parking. The garage is only available to guests booking for 10 days or longer.
The estate offers playground areas with swings and jungle gyms for children. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children.

We had a wonderful rest and visit. The indoor grill makes it perfect for winter.
Beautifully equipped. All problem was braai place which smokes a lot in the house. Attention to the draft of the chimney will make a big difference!
Crockery only caters for 8 people, no plastic containers for storing food, no salad containers. Only 1 black bag for garbage. No cleaning products for the bathroom. Braai had not been cleaned before and the braai smell lingered in the house during our 4 days there.
The house is beautiful. Equipped with the best appliances and very neat and spacious.

I was only disappointed when we walked into the house the floor was quite dirty. The fact that you pay the cost and are not allowed to use the garage was disappointing. Feel costs too high for the things that have been left out as well as no assistance for loadshedding.
Everything was perfect. The only a few small things to mention is that there is no dishwasher and no dish liquid soap was provided. Also no black bags for the dirt bins and toilet paper was provided. Not a problem, as there is a little shop in Witsand, but their prices for are a bit on the expensive side, because you are paying for the convenience. Also, in the house, the crockery is really fancy, so we were a little scared using it for small kids. We will definitely return again, but will take our own plastic plates and cups with for the kids. Minor things could make a little difference, like mirrors in the bedrooms where the plug points are situated for when using your hairdryer. It's really a minor issue, so it didn't spoil our holiday at all, but just small points to consider.

The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day or night
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children) If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive. Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
No Smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
No Items may be removed from the home.
The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival – strictly in cash.
Please arrive prepared:
- Bath and beach towels are not provided.
- Linen is provided.
- We supply dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 dish towels, 2 black bags and 1 toilet roll per toilet.
- No beverages are supplied, please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
- Please bring your own portable hinged grid.
