We will definitely return again. The time there was wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy. The view was breathtaking. We did lovely walks and the Jacuzzi was just the right medicine for sore muscles. The Jacuzzi (whirlpool) was a bit on the hot side on the hot summer days and evenings and would have preferred it a bit cooler, but otherwise it was lovely.
It was a good stay. We've stayed at the house last year around this period as well and it felt a lot cleaner last year. Wanted to wipe down the toilets and shower floor with detergent, could not find any detergents in the cupboard. Underfloor heating only worked in 1/3 rooms. Also lots of wasps in the bedroom upstairs, they probably built a nest somewhere there so wasn't too pleasant to sleep the first night. We bought a can of doom.
If you need to break away from the busy life and recharge your batteries and just experience the beauty of nature again then this is the right place for you.
Hot tub with a view on arrival. Well equipped, tidy. Nearby hiking trails at Drakenberg Sun are beautiful.

Ama Casa is an amazingly beautiful place offering a tremendous amount of peace and tranquility. The views simply put is "beauty at its best"! Will definitely be visiting again.
Many words have been used to describe Ama Casa's views: heavenly, paradise, etc. The truth is you can't stop watching. You don't take pictures to be able to say I was there and now I'm moving on. You keep taking pictures because the mountains look different in moments. The beautiful garden that turns into bergveld is a joy in itself. The accommodation is fully equipped and we lacked nothing to make our stay better. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hot tub on the porch overlooking the mountain panorama is A+. Already planning our next visit.

Ama Casa is a beautiful gem hidden in the mountains. When you wake up in the morning, you have an unobstructed view of the mountain range. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere ensures that you recharge your batteries and it is close to cute places to visit if you wanted to do something different. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely go again.
