For parents, it is difficult to find accommodation that accommodates children. How pleasantly surprised we were not with Amadeus. Our room was comfortably furnished with everything one needs. Our sleeper couch for the children was already made up with a little something extra for the children on their pillows to make them feel welcome too. The sleeper couch was very comfortable with enough linen and bedding. Check in and check out was so easy. Well done Amadeus! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home! Will definitely use you again!

They told me there wouldn't be any service on my 2nd day, so basically I slept in a messy room and also without fresh towels. If you won't have any service, they should have left enough towels at least. It was expensive for one not to have breakfast and service.

Very peaceful environment, slept in detached room. It was very nice.
The sofa and chair need to be replaced and the carpet could be cleaned but otherwise, it was perfect for us and our housekeeping attendant Jaqueline was wonderful.
First of all, I'd like to thank our host again for being very generous when there was a confusion about the room we had booked. Also, the little touches in our room were very thoughtful and the communication was excellent. Also, the grounds were peaceful and I loved the sweet smell of jasmine and birdsong from the gardens. Sadly, the room itself, though, was designed by someone who has clearly never slept there or used the facilities: After a long day of travel I longed to freshen up but the shower water ran down to a dribble before it even got hot. I had to stand on the ledge of the bath just to be able to be under the little stream of water that was flowing, as the shower head doesn't reach far enough over the bath (this happened in the evening and the following morning). One can't fill the kettle in the sink cause it doesn't fit under the tap and spills all over the place if you try to wedge it in there. Just a shorter jug would solve this. (Then you presumably have to take it over to the desk to boil it beside your laptop ). There is a ceiling fan, (which I really wanted to use) but it doesn't turn on without the bright LED light strip being on, so forget using that overnight OR stand on the bed to disconnect the light.

That evening there was hot water in which I could bathe if you didn't turn on the cold water at all. In the morning there was no hot water, it was between cold and lukewarm water. I ran the hot tap for a while just to make sure it might take a while because it's cold in Vanderbijlpark, there was no hot water though. Other than that, everything was 100%. Clean, tidy, everything you need, lovely beds, clean and enough blankets, good coffee, soft towels.

Very helpful staff, friendly and fulfilling additional wishes related to breakfast or help in printing documents. We could have stayed longer after check-out and we were served coffee. Environment very friendly, nice, orderly. Cottages and rooms very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. A very flexible and hospitable approach to guests. Wonderful dogs and other animals made our stay more pleasant. I highly recommend it for guests travelling professionally and for rest.

When we stepped in, we were received very kindly and there was even room for my fairly large trailer. The room was a gem, clean, tidy and full of surprises. The nearby restaurants and shopping center are a bonus. We come again!

Lovely cottages in the garden. Close enough to important places and also easily accessible. Very friendly service. My 9-year-old son complained about the thin mattress on the sleeper couch, he could feel the iron pressing into his back and it made a noise whenever he turned.

In unit 3 there were only 3 towels for 4 people. My husband just wanted to turn the shower head so it wouldn't spray against the wall when the whole pipe came loose from the wall, clearly the pipe had been repaired at an earlier stage. The result was that none of us could plunge further.

We stayed at Amadeus Gastehuis for 3 peaceful nights. Our hostess, Rozaan received us very peacefully and immediately made us feel at home. Our room was clean, very well appointed with a small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea facilities and tastefully furnished. We will miss the daily delicious English breakfast, carefully prepared with a variation every day. Amadeus Gastehuis has a good location and we would recommend it anytime.
Ons was so verras en beïndruk met die losstaande eenhede in 'n pragtige tuin. Vriendelike ontvangs. Ruim, netjies en goed toegeruste eenheid en boonop word dit daagliks gediens. Fantastiese waarde vir geld. Gaan beslis weer daar tuis wanneer ons volgende jaar April daar is.
