Quatermain's Camp comprises of 3 tents which can accommodate up to 2 guests. Two of the tents comprise twin beds and 1 tent has a double-bed. Each tent is fitted with en-suite bathrooms consisting of a flushing toilet and a hot water shower. All the tents are equipped with a cupboard for your clothes, a covered deck area with a table and 2 chairs.
Dinners, consisting of traditional South African cooking, are enjoyed at the central Boma under a blanket of stars.
Guests at the expedition camp can enjoy the excitement of Big-5 safaris on both the award-winning Amakhala Game Reserve and the world renowned Shamwari Game Reserve, the latter by an exclusive private arrangement, in a malaria-free area. Various activities are available such as guided bush walks and a birding specialist guide is available.
