1) Quiet hours are from 22:00 onwards - there are other people who live there, so please be mindful of that.2) No more than the number of guests as per your reservation may stay.
3) No parties are allowed (this includes excessive consumption of alcohol).
4) Keep the driveway clear at all times.
5) The gate has a sensor and closes after 30 seconds, so be sure to move in and out swiftly.
6) Be sure to bring your own towels and toiletries - hand towels, bath mats and hand soap is provided.
7) High-speed Wi-Fi is available on the network HARRIS. The password will be provided.
8) A MiBox is connected to the TV with access to DStv, Netflix and YouTube. Please be sure to use the Jeddidiah account on Netflix and Anchored Inn account on DStv.
9) The front door and trellidoors are slam-lock, so be sure to keep a set of keys with you to avoid locking yourself out.
10) Keep all windows closed when leaving the unit, and keep an eye out for monkeys who are always keen for a sneaky snack.
11) Dustbin bags are collected early on a Wednesday morning, so please leave the black refuse bags on the corner to the left just outside the complex.
