It was very nice there, will stay there again, can be highly recommended. Everything is clean, tidy and just what you need to relax.
We had a very nice stay at Anchors Aweigh 62. The place was a bit stuffy which you can understand with the weather. Some windows could not be opened. We especially need windows in the bathroom. I don't recommend the beach, unless you don't mind lots of people drinking around you. We just drove to other beaches that felt "safer". The shopping center in Hibberdene was also a nightmare.
Beach not friendly for swimming and unsafe. Resort offers nothing for teenagers. Monkey problem. Far from friendly swimming beaches.
Yes, unfortunately because DStv was already off at 8 o'clock in the morning and then the power too. We were also only able to come in after 2 after a 9 hour trip when we had already been there for 9 hours.

Accommodation had everything one could need. Quiet and peaceful and close enough to the sea. Owner was very helpful. Would recommend the place anytime.

We had a great time at Anchors Aweigh. The staff is great, it's safe. A clean pool for the kids.
One bedroom and the rest of the sleeping accommodation are open plan. Enough space. Owner's personal stuff is there but just moved it to one side to make room for our stuff.
Very nice and comfortable stay, feels at home like at my own home. Complex amenities are good and an easy walk down to the beach.
Nice stay. Owner's stuff is in all the cupboards so we had to live out of our suitcases. Cleaning services did not work that thoroughly and had to come clean again after our arrival.
Not near beach at all, outboard sails broken. Very disappointed, building opposite us, luckily we were mostly on beach, which we had to drive. No one said you can't make a fire, just gas grill. Skies, I'm not one to complain, but I was deeply disappointed. Thought we walk to the beach and play putt-putt every day, it's not part of resort.
