Extremely neat, quiet. Slept wonderfully warm with an electric blanket. Spacious room. Unfortunately we couldn't watch tennis - to watch DSTV you have to log in with a code to your phone and with your own DSTV details - my husband just couldn't get on his phone. It was quite a frustration!

Beautiful place not too far from Johannesburg. The place is clean and the facility is well-kept. I had issues with the breakfast, but the owner resolved that. I also got a different room to what I had booked online, but it wasn't an issue.

We had a nice stay, the room was clean and tidy.
We always enjoy spending the night at Andante lodge, especially because our dog is also welcome and Ingrid is a very accommodating hostess. We requested to book earlier this time and it was no problem.
We have already stayed at Andante lodge twice, specifically because they are dog friendly and Ingrid, the hostess, will even look after your dog if he/she is "potty trained" if you might want to go out for a quick meal. We had a nice stay again this time. The rooms are neat and the self-catering kitchen of each unit is well equipped, parking is safe and access in and out of the gate is under your own control. You can have a nice breakfast there useful. The hostess is always there, accommodating and helpful, and this spills over to her staff. We highly recommend Andantelodge.
We were kindly received. It was wonderful to walk into such a beautiful unit. It was neat, comfortable and clean. We slept wonderfully warm, felt safe and had everything we would need! Thank you very much! If there's anything we can suggest, it's that just make sure the hot water for showering is enough. We took a hot shower, but could feel the heat diminishing.
No effort is too much for Ingrid and her team. This is the second time we live there and everything is perfect, neat and clean. I will not sleep at any other guest house in Pretoria than Andantelodge!

It's the 3rd time we've stayed here. Rooms are very neat. All amenities. The last room was the best. I remember the name for next time.
We only stayed one night and the place had everything and more. The staff are friendly and if you are looking for accommodation for a few days, this place is perfect with a small kitchen and braai facilities. Will definitely stay there again.
We stayed as a school group at Andantelodge, it was clean and tidy, safe accommodation especially for the children. The rooms are very stylish and layout is good.
The Mozart unit offers clean and tidy facilities. The unit is a very cold room.
Don't give guests a choice to choose a room and then not get the room you chose on arrival and then have an attitude about it and give a reason of "we could make more money with the room through to make the move". If we had been contacted in advance and asked if it would be a problem to move we would perhaps have felt completely differently about it. This negatively affected our entire experience and therefore we will not be booking with Adante Lodge again.
This was our 4th visit to Andante. The accommodation is always elegant, comfortable and peaceful. The gardens are beautiful. We will definitely come again.

The power outages were a bit annoying. Wasn't load shedding.
At the gate the owner wanted to know if we had a reservation before we were let in and even after we were let in at reception Andante Lodge still didn't know we had booked and paid. The room has good linen and the bathroom is very neat. That counts for a lot. We had trouble barbecuing without barbeque equipment that we had confirmed in advance would be there. We also had to ask for a corkscrew. Rooms are very close to each other and the party in the room next door was quite disturbing. The outlets of the room next door's two air conditioners are at our room's braai area and the partygoers left them running until the next morning we left. Despite this, we would consider Andante Lodge again. There won't be a party every time and they are pet friendly. We will also consider some of the other rooms. The owner, Ingrid, will definitely work on the few shortcomings.

Andante is a great destination for a city break. The luxury accommodation is very modern with a nice view. The destination offers equipment to make your life easier, such as a braai, fridge, stove, pots, etc. Daily cleaning and laundry services are provided if required. The layout of each unit offers privacy in your own space. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is also close to other attractions if you are looking for some entertainment.

On arrival we were told that the aircon was not working but they did put a heater in the room. The heater is so small that he could not heat the room. Then wanted to throw blankets over the bed, which were not available in the room at the time. So it was a very cold evening.
