Very spacious rooms, enclosed porch and beautiful garden view. Complete kitchen and braai facilities surprised me. Netflix and WiFi were also a huge bonus.
The owner questions my late arrival. We were there for 7 hours. He doesn't say the front door can't lock. Lock is broken. No table in the house to eat at. We had to sit on beds and eat. Everything is so small and on a heap.

Easy to find. Great host. Clean unit. My dogs were welcomed and they had a courtyard. Only issue was neighbour's dog that barked all night, but lucky for the WiF, I played music to drown out the dogs barking. Clearly, nothing to do with Anri Guest House.

We, our two children and parents spent the night at Anri Gastehuis on our way to Jeffreys Bay. We rested well and slept very well.
Dogs and children were welcome and there was a sheltered area where they could stay so we could go out to eat. Highly recommended.
Lovely place to spend the night. Accommodation is very nice and neat and clean. Comfortable large shower and large fridge and freezer to store things in.
The service was very friendly and the text messages before our arrival were much appreciated. On arrival the area was affected by power shedding - we appreciate the provision of the light and flashlight in the apartment as a result. The gardens are beautiful and the apartment well equipped with enough space for all the luggage. We will definitely stay there again.

Value for money. Clean and tidy. Beds slept well. Very close to the busy street, so you hear the traffic in the room.
The guesthouse is impractical, no washing up sinks and cleaning area inside. There is a sink outside, in the courtyard off the main bedroom which we used to wash dishes. There was no dishwashing liquid, only a bottle of what seemed like bubble bath. The beds were very flimsy, as well as the main bed being very small (think it was a double bed ). The bunk beds in the main bedroom didn’t have a ladder for my daughter to use to climb to the top bunk, she had to monkey her way up. No one had a good nights rest, and we had just travelled from CT, and needed to travel the rest of the distance to PTA the next day, so a good nights rest was needed by all. The shower head was broken, so water was squirting out from all angles. We have stayed at many lovely places in Bloem on our travels back from holiday in Decembers, but this would definitely not be one I would recommend. Very disappointed.
My husband and I enjoyed our stop over at Anri Guesthouse so much, clean, tidy and homely. The guesthouse owner, George is such a wonderful host. Professional, kind and dedicated and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time.
