Very nice and comfortable place to sleep overnight. The room was spotless and the bedding crisp. The bathroom is large and comfortable - a hot shower and everything worked perfectly.
The price should include the breakfast or provide the option of breakfast, when we arrived we thought breakfast was included as per the Hotel's website nonetheless still value for money.
We had a nice stay, the hotel is very neat, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very professional.
Only negative experience was that they phoned me later the afternoon after we left the morning to ask why we didn't pay for breakfast - while we never even ate breakfast, also didn't indicate that we wanted breakfast. Otherwise everything was very good.

Unfortunately, we had to contact reception to tell some customers to keep it down as it was after 1 am and they were moving chairs and there was loud laughter. Difficult to sleep. But then they must have been told to tone it down.

A few options for the nice hotel are put in front of you on a piece of old paper with 3 or 4 choices on the menu, and those who serve you, you have to finish eating soon because they want to finish now and it's 6.30 in the evening.
Just sorry for the environment. Fortunately, there is tight security inside the place, but I wouldn't dare to step outside the place. We forgot a pillow there and talked about it. Still waiting after 4 days for feedback.

The hotel is neat and clean and the service is very good.
Rooms are spacious, clean and very well furnished. Service is friendly. Easy to reach from N1 for stopover between JHB and Western or Eastern Cape. Delicious buffet breakfast.
Because of Covid the menu was very restricted as well as the drinks, but you can't blame them for it. The service in the hotel is super great. Stay somewhere else and it will be your lost!

I arrived and was given the wrong amount to pay. Luckily I had the mail with me that confirmed deposit. We were two people but only received 1 towel and 1 water. Happened again on night two even after complaining on day one. On the second day the card didn’t want to open the door. I was told that the card was kept too close to my phone. I travel often and this has never happened anywhere else.
We make use of Bloemfontein accommodation on a regular basis on our annual road trips. This particular establishment is the best standard we have experienced thus far and can certainly recommend them. However the food in the restaurant was a let down. The lamb shanks were dried out and overdone. It was obviously prepared in advance and only warmed up on request. The ambience, service and friendly staff made up for the disappointment. We will certainly make use of this hotel in future.

My daughter and I had a wonderfully nice stay. From the minute you get out of your car until the moment you leave, they look after you well. There was even a visit from the night manager in order to ensure that everything was in order. The breakfast is something from another world. I haven't seen such variety in a long time. The room was beautiful, luxurious with a gown, slippers and a welcome gift on the bed. The bathroom is spa quality and they provide everything you need there. A bottle of water next to the bed was also a surprise. We had a lovely night's sleep and enough pillows to choose from. We will recommend the hotel to anyone!
Will use Anta Boga again.
