Marion, the hostess was super friendly and the unit was so clean, a bonus was the off-street parking. We definitely will pass this location on to our family and friends as it is truly value for money.
We had a very nice stay. A peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The unit is very neat and comfortable.

We were disappointed to discover the room had two single beds which were not disclosed in the advert.
Unfortunately only spent one night and were affected by loadshedding.
We will definitely stay there again if we have to go to Grahamstown and would happily recommend Antique Silk.

Will stay there again for sure. The hostess and her husband made sure we were aware of power outage schedule. They also immediately brought water when water crisis arose.
The hosts are very friendly. The accommodation was neat and cosy. However, there were quite a number of spiders and spiderwebs in the cottage. For a family that have a fear of spiders, this was the only thing that put us off.
Their is ample room for the four people that this little house can sleep.
The first time we arrived there, we were well received and immediately made to feel welcome. The place to stay was well furnished, I can't complain about that. When we slept over it again after our holiday, the owner was not there, but there was someone waiting for us. The owner was helpful with information about where we could go for dinner. Coffee, sugar and milk were set out for us. The 2 nights we were there we could have rested for the long road that still awaited us.

Welcome feeling upon reception. Good value for money. Very clean and tidy. Not too far from the CBD.

Very neat accommodation. Description of place misleading i.e. ended up being a very small wooden hut. Very cold in Grahamstown, heater removed from room, no electric blankets, no hot water for two mornings.
