The place looks much more impressive in the photos. My room clearly needs a bit of renovation but everything is neatly painted and clean. The people are friendly and helpful. All problem was that I wanted to visit with friends and asked Antrim if I could clock in a little earlier or at least leave my vehicle there, but no one answered the phone. Other than that I would say it was a good experience. The breakfast was very good.
Ideal for holiday or business trip. Well located in terms of many of the tourist attractions and close enough to the promenade for an early morning walk by the sea with a cup of coffee in hand. Delicious breakfast.
Faucets in bathroom were loose. No ash tray by the kettle and the coffee bags were really, really bad. Coffee creamer is not everyone's taste. Couldn't do any streaming on TV.
Some good points: convenient location. Safety. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. But no real curtains, although a blanket did the trick. Sitting/ breakfast room was chilly: Fireplace not on. No warm water in wash basin in the bathroom.
The guest house has a very cozy atmosphere, with very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and it's location is also very very central and safe.
Everything was great: the service, the room, the cleanliness, the food, the location, all were just super. Need to congratulate the owner with this lovely place.

The so-called representative received us but could not tell us whether our reservation included breakfast or not, asked the manager to call us. The manager never contacted us and when we spoke to Mr Terrence Duckkit the next morning he said all bookings include breakfast, now how does the representative lady not know that. The room was among other rooms in almost like a basement. Very dark and could hear every sound of people above us. Would not recommend Artim Villas to anyone at all.

Explore the possibility of putting a double bed mattress on the beds so that there is no separation in the middle for guests travelling together. Explore the possibility of a wider variety of channels on the dish, especially if you are in the room at night after a day's exploration.
We had a great, private, luxurious swimming pool. Good service and delicious breakfast.
The reception was special and professional. Staff pleasant and service oriented. Room was small, but sufficient for the purpose. 2 single beds limited a night's rest. Showers very smoothly and needs a shower mat. Breakfast pleasant.
The small single room was really very small but it didn't bother me too much for someone who only needs a place to sleep at night. The guest house is tidy and the continental breakfast top notch. Breakfast is only from 07:30, a bit late for business travelers who have to start earlier. On the last morning they packed a lunch box for me to take with me because I have to leave before breakfast time. It was only 1 sandwich but still appreciated. May I suggest a fruit and a bowl of yogurt with it?
The room is very neat and nothing more than I need for one night's sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The secure (behind gate parking) is a big relief.
I spent a few nights in the single room. Reception was friendly, everything very clean and the breakfast great. I was surprised by the "Staff Gratuity" envelope shortly before I left. In this price category, staff costs should actually be included. However, I can definitely recommend Antrim Villa.
One night in a small single room with a three quarter bed. The guesthouse clearly caters for international guests with various Scandinavian languages in its information brochure. Didn't hear any Afrikaans. Off street parking was limited. The streets in the area are narrow and busy. It was close to the place where I needed to be, but I wouldn't go out of my way to book here again.
Absolutely fantastic!
