1 guests' feedbackOur 2-day stay was not pleasant. On arrival, at 14h00, we were received by the cleaning staff, since the previous guest vacated the apartment late. The apartment had no hot water, no towels and the wifi was not working. The towels were brought later. The wifi was rectified after 7 hours and the geyser was repaired the following day at 16h00. The agent assured us that the plumbers would arrive at 09h00 but they actually arrived at 13h30. The repairs were completed at 16h00, essentially trapping us in the apartment the entire day. The agent, however, promise to reimburse us for the 1st night stay, which we appreciated.
