The house can accommodate 16 adults and comprises 8 bedrooms and 7 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed, of which 1 bedroom has a bunk bed as well. Two of the bathrooms have a bath and a shower, and the rest of the bathrooms have a shower only.
There are 2 open-plan kitchens with an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and 3 luxurious lounges with full DStv and two dining rooms. At the swimming pool there is a self-catering bar with braai facilities. Aqua View can be used for small weddings, functions, conferences and special events. There is secure parking for cars and boats.
There are several restaurants and activities in the area which include boating, skiing, cycling, canoeing and fishing. Nearby facilities include the amusement fun park, the Famous Marina Castle, the Crocodile and Lion Farm, the Historical Bikers Museum, and yacht clubs. Various well known golf courses are approximately 25 minutes away. Emerald Casino offers gambling, ten pin bowling, Aqua dome, African Spa with high standard treatment, wall climbing, putt putt, and animal world which have 500 animals of 88 different species.

The house cleaner was very thorough and the place was well-kept.
Thank you for a wonderful stay from 29th March-1st April 2024. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Meryiam, who cleaned daily, was very helpful if we needed anything. It would have been nice, though, to have a TV and microwave in the accommodation. The accommodation also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, which was very convenient.
The house is user-friendly, with easy access, and the caretaker was always available.
The place is clean. The photos are old photos and need to be corrected. It is advertised that each room has a king size bed, but this is not the case. All the doors in the house need work. The fridge in the kitchen may need to be replaced as it does not keep the food cold. The freezer needs a handle. The grass was long. The place needs a lot of work.

Except the issue of toilet papers and bath towels. You cannot omit toilet paper.
The place is wow, really nice and I will definitely come to visit again and again. It is a very nice place to spend time with your family and friends.
Accommodation was nice and peaceful. Will go again! Would recommend to anyone needing a quiet weekend away.
The time at Aqua View 19 was wonderful! Will definitely use it again in the future.
Not quite like the photos on the website. The place was spacious, clean and tidy. The house is located near places to visit and the music kept us awake until after one/two o'clock in the evening. There was no one to receive us. We waited almost half an hour for a maid to come and unlock. There were no forms to fill out. The shower doors on both floors were broken and we were concerned that this had not been recorded. The gate's motor and lock didn't work either and we bought a lock ourselves to make sure our vehicle was safe. When we left we had to call Helen. She said we should just leave the keys inside the yard. We expected more for the price we paid, but at least it was very clean and tidy.

Couple bookings can be made mid-week, but a minimum of 10 guests are required to book for 2 nights or more over weekends and holidays.We have a cleaner that comes in every morning and security at night.

Loud music is prohibited as we are in a residential area.
