18 guests' feedbackWe had a great few days away, it was peaceful and serene. It was very comfortable; all facilities were good. A cosy kitchen, safe environment.
Friendly service, very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The place needs a lot of TLC. Clean but clear signs of neglect. Ceiling story in dining room hanging loose, another previous party's one year balloon floating around on living room ceiling. Refrigerator badly rusted inside. Had a nice stay. Place smells a bit stuffy, but it's a problem to leave windows open with naughty monkeys around. Masango is friendly and helpful.
The venue needs a good cleanup. The fridge is dirty, the aircon is not working, the DSTV is not on as it had not been paid, the fan is dirty, there are broken taps, paint is peeling on the walls, and the braai is broken. There is no WiFi and no backup generator for load shedding. Not in the condition as advertised.
The WiFi was disappointing. Had to wash dishes outside, no sink and no stove either. Went to buy a 2 plate stove.
Very disappointed in the condition of the facilities, not at all as presented online. None of the rooms aircons was working and the water in the bathroom was not working properly in the basin and the shower even when the power was on after loadshedding.
Needs lots of attention.
Stay was good, only the load shedding was bad.
After we were transferred to another unit, the host did not fix the toilet until the next day. There was no water supply. He was able to provide us with water afterwards, while the rest of the neighborhood had no water. We really appreciated it.

The reception received by the owner was a little odd. There was only coffee in the rooms and no tea available. Some of the plug points in the room would not take a plug. Probably would not stay there again.
However, the place was dusty and not very tidy. Being a group of 7, we all had complaints with regards to showers as we didn't have hot water. The fridge was not working. The manager had to call out a technician to sort it out.
