Arabella No. 7 is part of a small, secure complex of 8 units situated on the Margate Lagoon. These luxurious apartments are beautifully furnished and have stunning sea views from the lounge and veranda.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with a double bed and some have ceiling fans. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests must bring their own swimming towels with.

The kitchen is well-equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The unit also features a beautifully furnished open-plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is air-conditioned. Outside, there is a lovely veranda with sliding doors and Weber braai, making it the ideal spot where one can enjoy a braai or sundowners. The superb sea view makes this a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

This unit is serviced daily and housekeeping duties include making beds, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms and the braai. Housekeeping will also greet guests on their arrival and to ensure that guests have a carefree and hassle-free holiday. The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is 1 lock up garage and one open bay parking within the complex for guests use. Please note that this would only be suitable for a small vehicle.

There is a municipal swimming pool close by. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in central Margate and the complex is extremely central and a 150 m walk along the footpath in front of the complex takes one to the main beach.

Daily dish services are charged at R 100 per day
Strictly no rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by 2 adults.
A refundable breakages deposit of R 500 is charged and will be refunded into guests bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form back if there are no losses or breakages.
All bookings must be fully paid in advance no less than 1 week prior to occupation.
50% of the total rental amount is to be paid upon reservation, the balance to be paid directly to Zest Holidays 1 week prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 1 week of guests arrival then the full amount is due at the time of booking.
No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
No smoking allowed inside units.
The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
None of the accommodation is suitable for guests who intend playing loud music, playing boisterous and noisy games or holding parties of any sort.
If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.
Time of arrival strictly 1 pm.
Time of departure strictly 10 am
Strictly no pets allowed, eviction will take place if guests arrive with pets of any kind as this is in contravention of the Body Corporate rules.
