Welcoming service and thoughtfully presented accommodation. A venue for an overnight stay or a safe holiday base to explore the region. Wedding and function venue.
Our stay was very relaxing. Even though there was load shedding during our overnight stay, we were still able to make use of the facilities that were at our disposal. The cottage was clean, with a lovely shower and a delicious breakfast. All in all, a pleasant experience.
We really enjoyed the stay, the owners are very nice people. We were accommodated in many ways. Recommend Arcangeli Wines for accommodation.

The wine and view was good.
Had no hot water. WiFi didn't work 1st day. Breakfast is served too late for us and no options, not like the menu on their website. WiFi was very unreliable. We were aware of load shedding but the inverter in our room worked all the time which was very good. Ladies who received and served us were very friendly. Unfriendly man moving around not sure what his role is but he was involved in reception. The water was lukewarm after cold first night then we wondered if load shedding was too bad but second night it was cold after the power was on for a while. Informed staff when we left but I feel it's stuff you have to sort out before people check in.
Lovely to have had supper prepared for our arrival. We did, however, think that it was quite expensive for what it was, a modest helping of lasagne on a small plate. Would have been good to have had some salad and ciabatta.
First impressions was very good, everything spotless. Reception on the ball and very helpful, room spacious and clean couldn't ask for more.
Although our unit was suitable for 3 adults I would not recommend it for 3 adults for more than an overnight stay. Comfortable for two people for a longer visit.
We had a very nice stay at Arcangeli Wines. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with modern furniture and finishing. The room is also well equipped, everything looks very clean and new. We had a nice barbecue on the stoep and enjoyed the beautiful view. There is a large lawn and safe play area for children with a path leading down to the river and through the vineyards. Would definitely recommend Arcangeli.
Wow. What an awesome place to stay. Everyone of us enjoyed it immensely. The hosts were amazing. Cleanliness was wonderful and the rooms were lovely and we all had an amazing time. We will definitely be back as will our family and friends. What an amazing visit!
We loved taking a stroll in the vineyards and enjoyed the beautiful views. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the accommodation is of a high standard.

Nice quiet place. Room's aircon is heavenly. All negative is that there are quite a lot of spiders and my wife was bitten by one.
Definitely value for money. Peaceful, comfortable and beautiful all around you. The lockdown meant that we couldn't do wine tasting, but the place has much more to offer than just wine tasting! When the load shedding kicked in we had power in less than 1 minute with "backup" power they have in place. We will definitely go back again.

We were also able to do wine tasting and buy ice cold wine. We were received very kindly and experienced it as good value.
Owner is friendly and accommodated us even if we were late on our arrival time. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the Botrivier/Hermanus area. Unfortunately we couldn't find the restaurant etc. not put to the test, but it looks promising.
The staff go out of their way to make you feel as at home as possible!! Only problem is that it is so close to the highway.
Lovely place, very clean and was exactly what we needed. The restaurant's food is a bit of a disappointment. I would suggest you eat in town instead.

We would definitely recommend Arcangeli Wines. Wish we could have stayed longer to do a wine tasting. It's just a shame their restaurant wasn't open, but luckily there were more than enough facilities for self-catering.

The positives are: Arcangeli Wines is centrally located in relation to near wine farms. Nice view of vineyards from the porch. Very friendly welcomes. Very well furnished with fridge, small oven and offers laundry services for longer stay persons. The negatives are: the noise from the nearby N2, the entrance from the N2 can be difficult in the midday with the sun, views from rooms are not special. Suggestions: Make views from rooms to the vineyards, more exposure of the breakfast and wine tasting (very good, but we almost missed it).
