The owners were very accommodating and friendly, and the place was beautiful.

My stay at Arrowood 2 was very good, fantastic location, friendly service, and a clean apartment. The only issue for me was the hot water. Since we were a group, the geyser is very small, which means they switch it on for a short time and off most of the time, so it does not keep the water warm. If that can be improved, then it will be perfect.
Was disappointed with DStv, as it wasn't available. Reported it the Tuesday by Friday still no technician which was promised.
The emergency lights were non-functional. On opening the kitchen window you looked straight at junk/rubbish.

One disappointment was that there was no tea/coffee provided, as is usual even with self-catering accommodation. Also, the venue needs more bins - none in the toilet or the main bedroom.
Willie and Rina went out of their way for us. The place was very clean. Beds are very good. The neighborhood is walking distance to everything which is such a bonus. The cars were a bit noisy.

The apartment is very well furnished with three lovely rooms and a nice view of the sea. We will definitely stay in Arrowood 2 again if we come to Plettenberg Bay again.
Thank you to Willie and his wife who welcomed us at the accommodation. Everything was nice in the apartment. We were provided with maps to showcase what we can do not just in Plettenberg Bay, but on the Garden Route as well. Beach and shops near by and lots to see.
Situated in such a convenient location overlooking the ocean.
We really enjoyed our time there. Everything is just right, nice and spacious living area, braai area, spacious rooms, perfect location and safe parking. We will definitely book there again in the future if possible.
We will definitely holiday in Plettenberg Bay again. Arrowood 2 is a very nice apartment, but the area is very busy and noisy about December. Would prefer to book in a quieter area next time.
