Stayed over in Lutzville weather was nice we were treated well.
The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt at home, the place was very clean and tidy, will break away again for a visit there anytime.

Let's start on the only positive. Rachel did her best to be attentive. The whole experience was unpleasant for both parties in 2 different rooms. Certainly overpriced for what they offer. The food they prepared for dinner was cheap and nasty and overpriced for what we got. Their breakfast was oily too and again overpriced for what you got. There was not enough or even proper warm water in either of the rooms. The windows were broken allowing cold air into the bathroom. The bath leaked. The tiles were dirty. No hot water at the basin in a 4 sleeper room, there is no way people could all have a shower unless they all showered at the same time for lack of warm water. Doors were broken, tatty furnishings and the bedding was old and worn out. The place is cold and dirty and cheap. If they charged 200 per night, maybe! The place looks like an unfinished project due to lack of interest. They are sadly capitalising on need of accommodation, but not offering the benefits of their pricing. The place looks like an old scrapyard. Cheap coffee, no tea, powder milk, need I continue? The place is nasty and needs to change their price or make the place worth the value they are charging. Not recommended unless you wish to punish someone. The best part of that place was leaving the next morning. Really felt robbed.
The owners and the workers at Art Guest House were very friendly and felt almost home. They were patient and very helpful and made me feel at home.

It's bad that there is only a bathroom mirror and no mirror in the bedroom. Where do you blow dry your hair? For the price I would at least expect a door to the shower and not a shower curtain.
