This was our second time at Arum House and each time has been another great experience. The breakfast is delicious and they have excellent hospitality. The rooms are neat and have everything you need. We will definitely stay there again.
The accommodation is very comfortable in terms of the rooms with everything needed. The public space such as the sitting room is only nice and actually just adjacent to the dining room. Breakfast was very nice with a small buffet and order service. Good service from the driver. There was a group of foreigners hanging out a bit late at night, and maybe there could be notices to consider other guests if guests want to 'hang out'.
Everyone who assisted us that weekend was very helpful and kind.
It felt like home, the rooms were neat and everything was in working order. The guesthouse is in the perfect location. The breakfast each morning was world class with friendly staff greeting you as you go.
We were shocked when we saw the front view of the house. Garbage is piled high on the sidewalk. The inside is completely different. Neat, safe and beautiful. Very nice rooms. The cupboards were just dirty. Breakfast very good.

I stayed for Ironman 70.3 and was very impressed with the service, cleanliness and overall professionalism. It was quiet and safe, and close enough to surrounding shops to get done what I needed done. I will stay again!
Upon arrival we were kindly received. The room we were given was spacious and luxuriously furnished, with all the little details you need to make yourself at home in a guest house. There was even an iron and ironing board.
