There are two outside showers as well. The open-plan well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, 2 gas hobs, and a selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils to use. There's no oven.
The adjacent dining area has a dining table with seating where guests can enjoy their meals together, a sofa to relax on, and a ceramic fireplace in the lounge to use on cold days. The living area leads out to the terrace, and there is a braai area in the garden for guests to use. The garden is absolutely private, with an outdoor shower, protected by indigenous vegetation. The property is not fenced (most of the properties in Pearly aren't, it's a safe spot).
It has an LTE Wi-Fi router, the signal is on and off. Pearly Beach is almost the end of the world, so there may be Wi-Fi signal, but don't count on it. The house has no TV.

10 guests' feedbackVery good location and lovely house. The one double bed had a crack in the frame, so please ensure that this has been fixed. The cold water tap on the front porch shower needs to be fixed as it does not have a handle. The house needs basics, a braai bak (container for barbecued meat), better quality braai tongs, and a new non-stick pan. Considering the cost, I do think the kitchen could be better equipped. In the absence of an oven (we were aware of this), perhaps invest in an air fryer. An outside stand or box for rubbish bags would be welcome, providing a place to put rubbish bags where critters cannot reach them.
Wonderful away time from the city hustle and bustle. Perfect get-away.
The house is very close to the ocean. Sounds of waves with you day and night. The idea with the shower in the garden are brilliant. Great place to spend time with a family walking on the beach, playing games and reading books. We enjoyed it very much.
Beautiful beach house, amazing setting. The fireplace is perfect for cozy nights when the weather is chilly. Would definitely recommend it!
Dis 'n perfekte weekend away plekkie.
I was called out on the cleaning of the home. I washed the dishes and put the towels in the bath tub. I did not sweep the floors as I was of the understanding that there would be a cleaning service. The lady who opens the home for the owner sent bunch of photos complaining about how I left the home in a bad state. I find this very offensive as I would never intentionally do something like this. Is a cleaning service included in the rate? I was also not told about the outdoor shower and only discovered it on Sunday.
The house was perfect, clean and location great.
Great location, lacking in view, but literally over the road from the beach. Cute and cosy house, warm in winter with a great fireplace! Only has a bath, rather than a shower, and doesn't have an oven, which we weren't expecting, but overall a really good getaway!
All was as we expected.
Stove is broken. Windows and doors don't seal properly. No TV. No bedding for upstairs beds. Braai facilities are terrible.
