Everything about Ashbourne Boutique Guesthouse was fantastic. The host is an excellent host and together with Courtney, they make a fantastic team. I highly recommend Ashbourne.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very much at home. Teatime snacks were very nice, thank you. Breakfast was also very nice.
We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance from the business center and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast. Food all day! Nespresso coffee to your heart's content. Tastefully furnished. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Perfectly situated in a quiet street, within walking distance of restaurants and Wine Tram terminal. Courtney was the perfect host. Checking in early was accommodated. Beautifully decorated lounge and eating area with a 5 star breakfast. The only slight negative for us was that there is no secure parking. Only off street, with limited parking bays. Will definitely be back in the future.
We received a discount which made it even better. We celebrated our anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of fantastic white wine compliments of the guest house - wonderful touch. We stayed in room 6 which has a fantastic view. Excellent location - we walked to the town centre - 5 minutes. No load shedding is a bonus and the breakfast was 5 star. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back.

This is a beautiful guest house. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Delicious breakfast is provided. The host, Tim was exceptionally hospitable and friendly. He was also very helpful in recommending special places and activities for us. I can absolutely recommend this guest house!

Completely spontaneous, on a Friday morning we decided to spend the night in Franschhoek. It took 20 minutes to scroll through the huge number of offerings, and we settled on Ashbourne House. Turned out to be a good choice. friendly, helpful, comfortable; a good sleep and a great breakfast. We would highly recommend it.
