We (2 adults and 2 children - 8 & 10 years) were welcomed with open arms. Perfect family holiday. Apartment is clean and tidy and Ashley has thought of everything one needs on holidays. This saves extra expenses. Ashley is there to help and went the extra mile for us. The unit is perfectly located and has the most beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again.

Unit on 4th floor. Parking organized, kitchen has all the equipment that may be required. Ample cupboard space, DSTV, Netflix and internet.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ashley on Beach 408. The view is breathtaking, the accommodation is stylistically very elegant and clean. We received geat attention to detail and helpful explanation of the all the facilities available, as well as nice venues nearby for meals and sundowners. We will most definitely return for another stay at some point.

Incredible views of the sea, right across the road from the beach and 49 km from Cape Town itself. The décor is a delight to the eye, planning and layout is clearly aimed at total comfort. More than enough storage space and everything in the unit is functional and neatly presented. All possible accessories or supplies you may need during your vacation are there. Safe, with a choice of outdoor or covered parking, and ideal base from which to explore the Cape. Ashley is the ideal hostess and 408 Welgelegen is an exotic getaway to which you will always want to return.
