The fifth bedroom contains 5 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There are three dining tables where guests can enjoy their meals together. The living area is furnished with couches and a flat-screen TV. The sliding doors lead to the veranda which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities, granting guests access to the swimming pool and the spacious enclosed garden. Secure parking is available for 4 vehicles, as only one of the vehicles can park inside the garage.

8 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed our stay. I will highly recommend this venue for a group vacation. The place is elegant. I give it a five-star rating, well-furnished, pool area, ocean view, walking distance. I will recommend it and will definitely be back in the near future.
We had a wonderful stay! The pictures really don't do it justice. The caretaker was great and always available and helpful. The view from the back porch is beautiful, and we spent hours taking it in and enjoying. Would love to go back again, the price was a steal!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of, like keeping the gates locked, etc. Easy access to the beach in just a few steps. Close to shopping centres. Only minor issue was the WiFi not reaching the other side of the house, and the first bathroom needs some TLC and a new shower head.
Its was just good but place needs maintanance,specially the burglar door were very hard to open and the beds are not comfortable.
The crockery and cutlery had dried food on them. The toilets smelled like public toilets. The kitchen counters were sticky and grimy. Terrible place. Don't book here it's unsanitary.

Respect the residential area by avoiding loud music after 22:00; failure to comply may result in deposit forfeiture. Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Ensure security by using the provided alarm system; you are responsible for armed response security. Exercise caution against petty crime, avoid allowing strangers in, use the mini safe, and activate the alarm.
Replace broken items with identical ones; otherwise, replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit.
Do not remove bedding, indoor furniture, or covers, and refrain from rearranging furniture. No extra mattresses or bedding are allowed.
Confirm the condition of the TV and remotes with Joseph before checking out.
