This beautiful and stylish self-catering house offers 4 double bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of Hartbeespoort Dam. Out of the 4 rooms, 3 of the rooms are furnished with queen-size beds while the fourth has 2 single beds. There is another double bed that is not private, but there is a partitioning in front of the bed to make it more private.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, glass-top stove with oven and microwave. There is a wash-up area with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The washing room has ironing facilities and a second washing machine. The dining room has a table and can seat up to 6 people while the lounge has a TV with DStv.
For some relaxation, you can enjoy the secluded, undercover braai, swimming pool and entertainment patio. There is a table and can seat up to 12 persons and a small lounge area with a TV. There is also uncapped Wi-Fi.
With the dam right in front of the house, it is suitable for fishing and walking on the bank of the Hartbeespoort Dam.

All that needs attention are the roof fans. My thought would be a replacement is in order.
The rooms at Atelier Isabella were clean. We even had a laundry room.
I would recommend the place to friends and family.
Washed 8 ladies on Ladies weekend. Had a great time - house equipped with everything we needed. Only shutter grills - so a regular grid would have been nice and the braai's chimney doesn't pull out nice smoke. But other than that - value for money, very nice decor, nice view and safe feeling.

Louise the caretaker is incredible and very reliable. The view to the dam and the mountain is awesome. I wouldn't mind going there every year. The solar has solved loadshedding problem. The place is awesome.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The neighbours were loud but nonetheless, it was a great place and we had a great time.
We had a great time together, but felt that the house needed some "TLC". The monkeys bothered us a lot. I also felt that with such a large group of people the fridge facilities are limited for food and to keep drinks cold. Fireplace does not smoke well and smoke bubbles into the house causing the whole house to smell like smoke.
We didn't like the fact that there was no backup for power and there was a load shedding most of the time. Mosquitoes are the worst. However, the house has a scenic view and is clean. No funny rules and it's very much safe.
I really enjoyed my stay. Though we got there late, the service was top-notch. Will definitely come again. Money guaranteed.
Communication and well accommodated. Right by the dam with amazing views. Large pool, great for the kids and pics. Louis was just amazing and helpful.
We had a very nice stay. Very nice braai area. House is very cold but air conditioning and heaters helped. Don't know how many guests you get in the winter but electric blankets might work better than heaters. Ten out of ten.

Very nice stay, heaters and dishwasher etc. we appreciated a lot. Making a fire in the winter is just a bit difficult because the smoke gets into the rooms when the doors are closed. Also thought service on the Saturday for e.g. putting out bins or something like that would have made the experience even better, but everything is available there to be able to do it yourself.
The view over the dam from the house is picture perfect. House is spacious and the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a big plus point. The artwork is beautiful. The house was clean and tidy. There are a few things that could be addressed: The fan in bedroom 1 hardly works at all. The fan in bedroom 2 makes a terrible noise. The mattress in bedroom 2 is not comfortable at all. The shower heads need attention and in 2 of the bathrooms the towel rails were loose. Loadshedding was a problem. Only in the living room did one light and the TV work if there was loadshedding. It would be good if you could perhaps plan for a light in the bedrooms during load shedding.
I have already recommended it to other friends and family. I had people asking me about the house on Friday when we started taking pictures.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entertainment and pool area were the best parts for us.
The house, the view, surroundings all great. We had a wonderful stay. Louis the care taker was of great assistance and friendly. We had an absolutely great weekend and will definitely return.

Negatives: Some repairs needed as some of the fittings are a little tired i.e. kitchen hot water tap does not work properly, bedside light held together with binding wire etc. Roof leaks in various places during rain on top of the front door, second bedroom in front of the bathroom door. Some of the pillows have completely collapsed and the matrasses are not very comfortable. The fireplace/braai does not vent well as the whirly cannot keep up with evacuating smoke. As a result it is very smoky when dining. Positives: Well equipped house with comfortable spaces and can easily accommodate 8 people. Lovely location and views of the dam and mountain.
The place is absolutely stunning, the view is amazing. A very spacious home. The only issue was the problem with the spiders. There were quite a few spiders on the premises, other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.
What a beautiful house, with spacious rooms and quiet impressed that basically all the rooms were en-suite. The views from the house are amazing and relaxing, and loved that we could walk out straight to the dam for a stroll.
The one tap doesn’t work well, please look into it. Other than that, stunning house and location. Would love to go back. It was a lovely experience.

We paid R5000 per day over the Christmas season. The house is very inconveniently laid out over three levels. There is only one air conditioner (in the dining room) that has to serve the whole house with the result that it was unbearable indoors. We had to borrow two fans to circulate the cool air from the dining room throughout the house. The kitchen is pathetically equipped e.o. with broken utensils. The floors were dirty and the towels and bedding were old. It's a shame, because the house is well situated with a beautiful view of the dam.
We had very friendly service at Atelier. It's a beautiful place and is very neat with everything you might need to enjoy the weekend. The rooms each have a wonderful view of Hartbeespoort and each has its own bathroom. The garden is beautiful and we will definitely be back.
The house is spacious and the pool sparkling clean. The aircon leaked water on the couch so we couldn't use it. The bedding is old and needs to be replaced. The first bedroom fan didn't work properly. The artwork in the house is lovely.

Atelier is a lovely place with a beautiful view from the rooms and the front patio. Very tidy and accessible. Housekeeper option would have been nice at an extra fee, I mean, when you're on holiday you want to get a complete break. Definitely recommended.
