The flat was in excellent condition upon my arrival. It was clean, well-maintained, and all the appliances were in good working order. The location was convenient, with easy access to local amenities, like restaurants, etc. This greatly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Neat safe apartment. Well equipped with WiFi, hairdryer etc. But the stove is a bit complicated for farm lads!
Our stay was good, the challenge was the cleaness of the house. It was smelling dust from the window banks, blind and curtains. Curtains have mould. At the balcon is not safe as the butler is distached from the ground. The television is only Netflix not all of us are movies person.
The security guard of the building was very helpful and friendly during our check-in. The owner of the apartment, Burger, was nice during our call. At the entrance on the wall, the owner has posted suggestions of some activities. The place itself is very cute and intimate. The view is very beautiful. Walking distance into town and the Woolworths Foods down the road.

We were able to walk down to the coffee shops and also the Saturday market at Oranjezicht. Our host was prompt with arrangements and everything was nicely in place and well equipped for a nice time away from home. Will definitely recommend.
The chairs can only be replaced with something better and sturdier. My father-in-law sat down and the chair's screw popped out and he fell. Better and sturdier chairs for older people. The benches are a bit low. Especially for someone who has knee problems. The mirror that hangs above one sofa can be moved please. Maybe just put an extra blanket in second bedroom. Instructions for turning the stove on and off. Furthermore, we have no complaints. Place was neat and comfortable.
