What a beautiful place, very friendly receptionist and so helpful. You really feel very much at home and don't want to leave and just move in there. The braai area is warm and beautiful. Ideal place for a wedding or party that has more than enough space and is so fairytale beautiful. It's definitely my new place to stay when I'm in the area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I could find wrong was that the sink faucet was leaking. They moved me to another room the next day after I reported it. Very comfortable bed. Neat and clean room.

Since I came to Midrand for business. I expected to have WiFi connection at my room. But the internet was a bit weak due to the distance from the reception area. It needs to be boosted.
They just have a problem when it comes to answering the telephone. I called multiple times days prior and on the day of arrival trying to confirm my booking and making arrangements but no one answered.
The ad is very misleading. The lodge itself is beautiful, the garden too, but the self-catering units leave a lot to be desired. It is not maintained. The walls are broken and you remain among the employees. Would not recommend.
I know that the units are the cheap option, but it's clear that maintenance is not important. The shower doors are loose and dangerous. Sink is cracked. Heater is not fixed to wall. Unit has no bedside lamps. Unit is not suitable for the elderly.
The stable rooms offer acceptable sleeping accommodation. Furniture in poor condition, carpets dirty.
The space itself is very nice - swimming pools, places to hang out, garden. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The room we stayed in, Helen's twin suite, was lovely spacious with good beds (important to me), air conditioning, large windows and light, as well as WiFi. It's located on the first floor, so there's a view of the pool. Unfortunately, the spa was not yet open after the lockdown, but we could understand that.
People were really friendly, everything was comfortable and very safe. Really appreciated the friendly service.
Every member of staff, from the kitchen staff, caretaker and reception, even the security guard, had my best interests at heart and did as much as possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The place is beautiful, but I felt a bit unsafe, woman alone. The bedroom units have an extra clip or slide lock that you can close from the inside to make sure no one can get in. I was scared! Due to the fact that the whole place has tiled floors, it is also incredibly noisy, especially at night. By that I mean you hear every movement in the corridor outside, every door that is unlocked and slammed shut, every word that people speak to each other. I was also worried about my car's safety outside because I didn't see any security guards.
This is not 4 star quality accommodation. For dinner there was no choice. Breakfast was also very basic. Service was average. It is located next to a busy road and the driveway to the accommodation is in poor condition. We stayed one night and did not use the spa.
Thank you to Anette, Lebow and Adolf for making my stay comfortable, secure and memorable. I was attending a one day convention at Gallagher Centre and stayed at Attaché from Wednesday evening to Saturday morning. Anette and Lebow we were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate me, drive me around, and basically attended to every request I had. Adolf the Chef, Security and Night Manager, a jack of all trades type of guy, was equally attentive and seemed to take his job (business) quite seriously. Getting a call from the chef to find out what I wanted for dinner was unusual to say the least, though a pleasant surprise nonetheless. The room is large for the price paid, as well as very clean and comfortable. The day service clean up is excellent. All in all, for a business trip I would certainly recommend Attaché ... and will return there should I find myself attending an event in Midrand again. Attaché is the perfect destination for some real R&R - though it is not advisable to stay here if you are relying heavily on public transport (though as stated above, Anette and Lebouw looked after me perfectly, and also helped me out by driving me around with their shuttle service). Thank you Anette and Lebow for being so accommodating - and Adolf ... that first nights steak dinner was quite delicious!

Our room wasn't clean on arrival, and the lady who escorted us to our room said someone will come and clean but no one did. The dinner was amazing - keep it up chef.
