Our stay was awesome. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the extras on offer at this accommodation. The pool, the pool table, the little bar, the outside chill areas! We will definitely be back. What a great spot!

I booked a room with a double bed and only received the message after payment that the room I paid for was for two single beds, with the instruction to join them. I requested double bed blankets, but was told they didn't have any, so we had to use single blankets on our joined single beds. Breakfast was average. The staff needs customer care training. Once a guest enters the room, they should immediately attend to them and inform them of the expected waiting time for their order. People were coming in and the staff were only attending to the first person, taking their order, then starting to cook. After serving the first guest, they would move on to the next, but every guest needs prompt service and not to be ignored. I will definitely post my full stay on Tripadvisor. It's a good place with a good pool and good location, but it needs some tender loving care.
Bedding had a smell as well as full of stains. Towels had a smell, cups were cracked and dirty, as well as the plates with the glasses. The room was very dusty. The room is located by the main kitchen, and we couldn't sleep a little late. The hand basin in the room was not what we expected.
I was looking for a place for my husband at short notice, and saw the B&B. He mentioned that it felt like "home" and from the very friendly welcome to the delicious breakfast the next morning, he had a wonderful stay and was able to leave fresh and refreshed. Parking was secure and the room was clean and comfortable. The hosts gave him a very warm welcome and if he will be near Langebaan again, then Au Plais De Langebaan Palm Tree Villa will be my first option for him.

Jean went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The Frenchman is very friendly and thorough. When he's done explaining, it's Voila. The room is spacious and comfortable. I got room 2, with a bathroom for my own use across the hall. The guest house is well located in a peaceful environment. The price is very competitive. I think you will struggle to find better value for money. Especially if you are looking for a room for one person for one night. They also offer a massage service, manicure, pedicure and waxing as optional extras. Definitely my first choice from now on when I go to Langebaan.

My stay was only one night and I regret it. Everything you need is there and the facilities are of excellent quality. Breakfast was a king's meal and well prepared.
The location is good and everything looks particularly nice and tidy. Unfortunately, you can hear everything when someone moves next to you. I don't mean noise, just normal conversations and going to the toilet are clearly audible. I never saw the people next to me, but I feel like I know them personally - I can say the man's name, for example, as well as their private conversations and the times when they went to the toilet. The unit was separated by a door from 'dry wall' with the unit next door. This meant that I could hardly get a good night's rest. And I stayed in 2 different units and basically the same outcome. What upset me is that (and I do realize that the check-out time is 10:00) I was addressed by the door at 10:12 that it was check-out time. Like a hostel. Keep in mind that this door is directly connected to the main house's kitchen. In the end, all the nice decor and neat finishes meant nothing if I couldn't get a good night's rest, and then on top of that I was told it was time to go. In summary: I felt very unwelcome and left the place bitterly tired.
Have a nice time. Had a nice breakfast. Friendly guests. Good communication. I was kept informed of the loadshedding schedule. If I go to see flowers again I will definitely stay with them again.
Will stay there again very central in area and quiet area.
When I booked I was told someone else had booked the same room but we could get the detached unit or another room in the house for the same price (the other booking happens automatically apparently) so I asked her to reserve both so that in the morning when we get there we can decide which one is going to be better for us. When we got there another group of 10 had booked the night before and the detached unit was given to them and I had no other option but the one that was left.
The staff is friendly, the breakfast delicious, the rooms are spacious. I think it's extremely good value for money.

Although we only stayed 1 night it was very peaceful. I was particularly impressed with the relaxation within reach - the pool table and swimming pool mean that if you don't feel like driving you can still enjoy yourself. I will definitely book again in the future, but for a longer period to make use of all the facilities there.

There was no enough freedom. Staff is always moving around. Can't touch anything without asking. Was not a great stay at all.
We were contacted before we booked that they were moving us to another site because there was a problem with the room we booked, it was a very nice room and thank you very much for getting the room with the bathroom . Was nice. Recommend they also build a swimming pool and an outdoor braai on new premises.

Au Plais De Langebaan was a nice West Coast overnight stop and we took advantage of the special winter offer. We had a great stay and the people were really friendly and we had a great barbecue in the braai room on a rainy winter evening!
Had to wash bedding myself, previous guests' stuff was still in the bin.
Room was not ready, owner was not present and ladies on duty were unprepared. Room was dirty, smelled of smoke, ants walked around. Built directly on the outside wall of the kitchen and noisy as guests can use the kitchen. Bathroom very small and needs attention. Breakfast is basic and location not good.

Friendly and helpful reception. Neat nice house in safe neighborhood. Excellent location. Beautiful balcony with sea view, sunset fantastic. Room No. 2's bathroom is not en suite, which my wife found rather inconvenient. The bathroom has a bath with a shower inside the bath. I don't enjoy this type of shower because it always spills and it just feels uncomfortable.
