Very hospitable with other guests traffic. It may be necessary to look into replacing the beds and creating more work space for self-care.

Accommodation was good, but the second bedroom with the two single beds was not up to standard. The two single beds' mattresses were of very poor quality, while the other room's double bed was of good quality.
We got greeted at the gate upon arrival. Everything was clean and the aircon very welcome in the heat. Quiet and great value for the price.
We had a great stay, thank you very much. It's neat and well furnished. It was very hot and the aircon helped. Unfortunately, it is installed in such a way that it blows directly on your face in bed.
The location and the price are good. The unit appears a little worn. The owner should spend a night or two in the unit to see the deficiencies, e.g. soap dish or rack in the shower, wine glasses, etc.

From the 1st call to the guest house and everything after that went smoothly. The well-known Namibian hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the beds, warm welcome, clear instructions were all top notch. It was truly a welcome night's rest after a long day on the road. I would recommend the guest house without any fear of criticism to spend the night in a very quiet part of Mariental. I forgot my cell phone charger in the room and on the way back inquired if the host had found it there. The charger was neatly packed in a plastic bag and handed to me when I stopped in front of the gate, there was no need to even get out. Excellent service.

Friendly reception and customer service. The accommodation is neat, clean and fully equipped. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood so you can rest well after a long drive. We will definitely visit and recommend Aub Gastehuis again.
Our place to stay was very tidy, the owner very friendly and considerate. It's safe and quiet there. Will definitely stay there again.
After a long day on the road one would like to sit outside and relax, there is only outside seating for some rooms. No braai or cooking facilities in the room. It was that little bit inconvenient. But for the price it was very fair and neat.
