Really enjoyed our stay at Augsburg with Bettie and Jaap. Rooms were clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was nice and close to the venue for SA Rowing Champs, so ideal for us.

Quiet and safe farm atmosphere. Can use WiFi and decoders for the room. The TV in the room only has SABC 1, 2 and 3 which are full of cooking programmes. There is 1 DStv channel which is controlled and tuned by the host.

Aunt Bettie was very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. It was very nice to be able to feel at home after the long day and just relax. She really makes an effort, the room was beyond our expectations. All necessities plus extras were available. Although we would have liked to stay longer, it was excellent.

We are a family of 5 and Aunt Bettie was very accommodating regarding the amount of people we were. There is everything you need, and while you grill meat you can watch the horses. We had a great stay, although it was a bit cramped for 5, because it is actually only intended for 3 people. Would definitely recommend.
Initially drove wrong and then struggled to get someone to open, wasn't sure if it was the right place either. Maybe nameplate in front of the gate? Bell? But very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and tidy, would stay again anytime. Thank you very much!
The indicators to the accommodation were not there, the name on the entrance was different. But remained quite OK.

There was an electricity problem in the area and it would be unfair to blame the owners. Both rooms we used were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the support of the young bull terrier was disturbing in the evening and our night's rest was not so good.

My son and I had a nice stay at Aunt Bettie's, very quiet and safe, our place was nice and clean and everything you need is there. We arrived late in the evening and were on our way again early the next morning, beautiful gardens and a pitch black horse that came to graze on the green grass early in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if I'm passing through Pietersburg.

Friendly welcome from Bettie, place is neat and clean with everything needed in the unit. The N1 is close to the farm and can be disturbing for some guests. But overall it's affordable and I recommend it 100%.

We recently spent one night at Augsburg on our way to Limpopo. Very nice atmosphere, peaceful and fun with the farm animals. Bettie and Jaap went out of their way and very kindly welcomed us to make us feel at home. Jaap took the grandchildren out on the horse for a short walk. They were very pleased with it. Will definitely stay there again when we are looking for a place to stay overnight. Thank you very much Bettie and Jaap.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were received very kindly, the room was very neat and well equipped. It is very peaceful, away from the city and all its noise. I would recommend this to anyone anytime - especially to people who are animal lovers.
